  1. Hi @Big Rome do you've any experience with 0.1% topical solution ? Actually this is the lowest dose of topical finasteride which is available here. There's is a finasteride gel which is 0.25% and another topical solution also at 0.25%
  2. Hello, @Gatsby so in your case topical finasteride at 0.25% was absolutely normal no sides at all & all on a sudden after three months you faced loss of libido ?
  3. Hello, Iโ€™m on oral minoxidil 2.5 mg daily & finasteride 1 mg 3 times in a week from the last 9 months. I started taking finasteride in 2018, took for few months. And later on I started taking it when I did my first hair transplant in 2020. But every time I faced sides effects. currently I'm taking it three times in a week, but still there are sides. Which includes loss of libido, less morning Wds. For these reasons, Iโ€™ll be switching completely to the topical solution.there's a product which has 5% minoxidil & 0.1% finasteride topical solution. I'll give it a try for few months. So, 0.1% topical finasteride would be strong enough to give sides ?
  4. @Rawkerboi thank you for your overall support from the very beginning ๐Ÿ™ I'm concerned about one particular area which I marked. When I grow my hair longer, that particular area is more visible. As you know, I'm already running out of grafts. So, as of now I've two plans- Either A, Do nothing and see how it turns out at 12 month mark & depending on the overall condition might aim for another procedure few years later. Or B, Would go for a little bit touch up in the hairline area at 1 year mark.
  5. Month 9 Update: So, Iโ€™ve just completed month 9. I'm trying to be neutral as much as I can, because I know What were the limitations and what I was expecting nine months back. Considering everything, I'm pleased with how it looks right now. I said earlier and I'm saying again that Dr. Told me clearly that with the current condition of my donor, I wouldn't be able to go for fade cut, But I still went twice. But If my grow my hair longer, thinning would be less visible. At 9 month mark, I tried to grow my hair longer. And thinning is less visible. There's some see through in the hair line, I'll wait till month 12, After that, I have a plan to visit Eugenix , let's see. Any comments or opinions are highly welcomed. Regards, Shadman
  6. I don't know how they are operating, you better ask them but I think travelling to Delhi would be worth enough, because that's their main branch.
  7. They recently opened there. I think surgeon whom you'll select will travel there.
  8. From the clinic where I had my transplant, According to them for the first three months topical minoxidil should be avoided for the transplanted hair, but oral minoxidil can be taken.
  9. I think with shorter hair your result looking much better. I've just completed month 9. My last haircut was at 7.5 month mark. When I'm growing my hair longer, there's see through on the left portion of my hairline. I asked Eugenix about this. They told me that it'll improve. And I know I need to wait few more months for the final result. I'm also thinking after completing month 12, whether should I go for any touch up or not.
  10. I think oral minoxidil would be a better option. But start your medications after discussing with your surgeon
  11. There won't be any issues. Best wishes for your procedure๐Ÿ‘
  12. Wow ๐Ÿ˜ฒ can't get any better than this ๐Ÿ‘ For the hold did you use anything ?
  13. I think if you're concerned about that particular area, you should visit them next month. It'll not take more than few hours. With prp you can go for some touch up on that area.
  14. Exactly, I tried wearing hat for 8-10 months. After that, It made the situation even worse. I started to think what would people think, If they see me without hat ๐Ÿ˜•
