Senior Member Jotronic Posted March 4, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted March 4, 2010 This local patient came in three years ago to have Dr. Hasson correct his previous procedure performed at a different clinic. The previous procedure left this patient with a pluggy and sparse result that the patient was not happy with. 4339 grafts were transplanted in a single session into the frontal half of the patient's recipient scalp for the result you see below. The patient arrived with gel in his hair. Bill - Seemiller
Joe, This is a terrific looking result. I'm interested in knowing why he needed so many follicular units though. He does appear to have a lot of miniaturization in the before pictures. Did Dr. Hasson compensate by providing more grafts so his hair transplant would stand alone in the event of losing more hair? Thanks Joe! Bill

Senior Member Jotronic Posted March 5, 2010 Author Senior Member Share Posted March 5, 2010 Just uploaded the high definition video to our site... Dr. Hasson/4339 Grafts/One Session/3 Years/Repair Bill, the hairs you see up front are from a previous procedure. The photos doe not show it very well because the hair is combed forward but if you look close in some of the before photos you can see the pluggy older work. The grafts were placed to achieve proper density for the area. Understand that the entire front half was reconstructed along with the hairline. Senior Member splitting hairs Posted March 6, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted March 6, 2010 I think the graft number seems appropriate. When I saw the top down before pic, i thought 4-4500 grafts. Its because the front third AND midscalp have been addressed here. _________________________________________________ Propecia since July 2008 2201 Grafts with Dr Lorenzo on 19.10.22 - See my write up here:
