  1. Not the most striking H&W a/b comparison, but not bad either. He should be happy and from the looks at it, his "before" frown went away! The "back at home" pictures look much better. Maybe that's just a matter of growing it out a little longer. Also, from the looks of the plate on the ground Kitty looks stuffed and very happy. LOL
  2. Glad it all worked out. Looking forward to further updates.
  3. I had this same thing happen, but in the donor area. It's because I left my staples in for a long time and when I finally took them out I had accumulated built up dandruff. When I removed it from my head a lot of hair came embedded in it just like in your photo. I'm hoping the hairs were shockloss (I mailed the clinic and they think this was the case). So hopefully these hairs will grow back in the next few weeks/months. So, anyway, I'm getting this too.
  4. Rockin' soundtrack, Tronic! *puts on painter's mask* hehe Nice compilation.
  5. This is a huge improvement and great work (as usual) by Rahal. Congrats, man!
  6. Forget about it. The hairline looks fine. If you're concerned, get on propecia. See where you're at in 5 or 10 years. Right now, I wouldn't touch it.
  7. Just for the sake of education, what was it and was it serious?
  8. Couldn't hurt to ask if they can give you any kind of discount. But I'd stay away from any hard number negotiating. This isn't a swap-meat, after all.
  9. Dr. Hasson wanted me to try for 4 weeks this time with the staples so I went ahead and did some "extra credit." Let's hope it helps. I e-mailed the photos to Jotronic and he said it looks like shockloss to him and said that he could see a fine line that was the actual donor scar. He said the hair would come back so just be patient and that all looks good at this point.
  10. Just updated my Blog with scar photos from 2.5 months post-op HT#2. Not much doing in the recipient area yet. I left my staples in for 2 months. I don't really know what to make of these photos. Hard to tell what is shockloss and what is the scar. There was a lot of crusty skin buildup around this area, which when I took the staples out, took a lot of hair with them. Here's the direct link: Hair Restoration Journal -2.5 Months Post-Op HT#2 hair_me_out
  11. So I ended up keeping my staples in for 2 months and 4 days (!). Just had them taken out. Will post updated photos very soon.
  12. I'd probably get on Finasteride just to be safe. Just ask your doctor for a prescription.
  13. Shanti, we need those pics man! You know what they say... without pics it didn't happen.
  14. Scar is looking awesome, my friend. Looks like Gabel has a nice lighting setup, too.
  15. I dunno man, I think this looks pretty darn good. You seemed to have matured late but matured nonetheless. I'd be happy with this.
  16. I'm liking how this turned out, Phil. Seems to have balanced out pretty nicely. How's the scar?
