So decided to have my 3 rd transplant with Fuegenix after reviews and recommendations on this platform.

I drove from the UK via the tunnel which was a breeze and stayed at a local hotel

original 1 was in April 2020 and 2nd was 3 weeks later (after being told that’s fine by the surgeon) as you can see it looks awful with hardly any grafts taking. I had 2300 at the front and 2070 at the mid/back.

the 1st and 2nd were done by the London hair transplant clinic dr sadri

this latest one was 2650 grafts.

he also took out various 5.4,3 and 2 grafts in the hairline from the original transplant and placed them elsewhere.

below are some pictures before I had any transplants and after each one.

Good luck! You picked a clinic that seem to be producing really good work so will be keen to see how your repair job goes. I can't even see where those hairline extractions were done from your 3 day post op photos so that's great - always good to see skilled hairline extraction work with minimal/invisible scarring.

Good luck mate.

How long was the surgery?

How was the experience with this surgery compared to your first 2?

It started around 8 and finished around 2.30

much shorter time than first 2

less soreness and much less pulling and tugging

quicker recovery time as 7 days pass and feel good already

he also put all the different amount of grafts in order to place in unlike the first 2

going to see how it grows first and decide whether to do the crown

most scabs have gone and have started shedding today ☹️

recovery time has been brilliant, I felt good after a few days post

in terms of redness and soreness to the first transplant is night and day

Latest update nearly 2 months later

donor area looks surprisingly good considering I’ve had around 7000 grafts taken over 3 transplants

as you can see recipient looks awful due to previous transplant gone wrong and probably some shock loss

cant wait for new hair to grow

currently on duta and oral minoxidil every other day

Looking good mate!

Are you able to style the hair in different ways now?

Tbh I haven’t tried

I have always styled my hair like this when I was younger so don’t know any other way

maybe I will ask my barber what he thinks 😊

everyone has commented how thick it’s looking now which is nice

cant decide whether to suffer another shaven head and going through it a 4 th time and getting the back redone 🤔

That's great to hear, I'm sure those comments make you feel good.

You can always wait until the full results come in from this surgery and then decide whether to do the crown.

If you do decide to have another procedure, based on Dr Ahmad's recent crown work results, you will be very pleased.

Totally forgot this one.

I met the client a few months ago. Will upload the video and shots soon. Here is a sneak peak.

Second surgery for crown is planned in 2024.

Amazing hairline, you must be so pleased. You said oral minoxidil and duta? You still doing this?

I though minoxidil doesn’t help newly transplanted hair? It’s just to prevent further fallout?

Also what is duta?

what was you hair care routine like?

I’m like you have had 2 transplants and will prob need a third, but haven’t got your dinar quality.
