Angenica pharmacy Topicals

@Mark Wolfer

I confirmed with Dr. Mwamba that they do not sell this product, they’re not allowed to sell medication per EU guidelines. It’s listed on their site as they write prescriptions and have it compounded. They will remove it from their site. I understand you’re upset, but your anger is misplaced. Again, if you paid by credit card, a simple solution is to charge it back with your bank.

I disagree with you and you haven't read my responses in this thread or the other one below from page 14 onwards:

Putting a label on it doesn’t mean they’re selling it for profit. Furthermore, you’re you have to fill out a form which is standard with compounding pharmacies, it’s not an instant product you can purchase. There’s also no price, if it’s sold by them there would be a price and it would be instant.  Below example:

C'mon Melvin. I know Dr. Mwamba is one of the people paying your salary but do you seriously believe that @FUECLINICisn't making money off of this? Do you think Dr. Hasson and the whole Xyon product line is being done as a charity too?

Of course both Hasson and Mwamba can't have a point of sale product page for these products, that doesn't mean they're not making money off it. In fact Dr. Mwamba's whole sales process takes WAY more ownership of the sale than Dr. Hasson's does. Seeings as that you haven't read my earlier posts I'll repeat it... @FUECLINIC sold this bottle to me. They took my money directly, they insisted on a bank wire transfer and after paying I had to follow up with them multiple times because of their goofy accounting mess up. After multiple emails they finally passed the order to Anagenica to fulfill it.

@FUECLINIC literally have their label on the bottle, and I had zero input on what pharmacy to get it filled by. They didn't give me a prescription to get filled on my own steam. They even collected the shipping payment from me directly.

Have you read what they put @sunsurfhair through? They made him pay @FUECLINIC first and then made him pay the anagenica pharmacy directly as well (he paid twice) and last I saw from him he still doesn't have a tracking number or shipment confirmation either.

Dr. Mwamba may be an elite surgeon, but the people he employs, and this topical side hustle he's involved in are sub par.

LOL... Hello brand new Anagenica / Mwamba shill account.

Yeah, I figured I'd come off like that and I'd think the same as well.  But the truth is, I created my account a few weeks ago as I'm now seriously beginning my med rehab before considering a HT.  This topic was just the first one relevant to where I'm at on my rehab journey.  I'll post again if I have issues with receiving the dut or with reordering.

Update on me - still have not received the topical dut meso. Originally ordered beginning of August. Paid twice. I have to go check my credit card statement to ensure I wasn’t charged twice - I’m sure I was. I am literally in a WhatsApp with the pharmacist who keeps telling me shes going to give me the DHL tracking number but never sends it. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I’m honestly scared to even use this as the sales process has been so abhorrent, I doubt I can trust this product. At this point, I’m going to most likely contact my credit card company and reverse the charges since it’s been so long it’s ludicrous. I think 30+ emails with Mwambas staff and now me having to contact the pharmacy directly who originally told me to only go through Mwambas FUE clinic. Starting to think this is a sign from the heavens to not use a scalp 5AR due to my horrible response with an oral 5AR.

I have already used a bottle of Dr. Mwamba's magic DUT formulation, which I bought almost a year ago from a fellow forum member who lives in my city. While it's hard for me to say whether one bottle made a difference on my hair I can say I didn't lose any ground while using it and it smells great, isn't greasy or sticky and seems to absorb well into the scalp. Don't take the poorly managed sales process as a bad omen for the benefits of topical DUT itself.

Hopefully we both get sorted out soon. Dr. Mwamba should have better people around him if he wants to maintain his reputation.

Thanks I appreciate that brother. Hope so. Told my shipment went out last Friday via DHL - still no tracking number or email from DHL.

I thought you never got your bottle? So you did get it?

You said you paid via a bank wire transfer? Dr Mwamba's bank account is in Belgium, can you confirm it's the same?

It's impossible that Dr Mwamba is making any money out of this, not only do I believe what he says but if you check the Andorran Pharmacy pricing it's pretty much the same if not more for the same compounds. Why would he be interested in making 5 EUR per bottle on some patients when he is running a fully booked surgical practice?

I am starting to wonder what kind of agenda you have here since you are obviously obsessed with the subject.

I still fail to see the relevance of all this.

Even if he was making money, let's imagine the Pharmacy pays him a commission or share of the formulations, who cares?

As long as the product is legit and works and it's not being sold to anyone that should not be using it I fail to see what the problem is.

This dude is obsessed. Makes me wonder why.

We get it bro.. it’s clear that mwamba customer service is lacking based on multiple recent threads.  But it’s a 60$ bottle of Dutasteride. Let it go…. Don’t do business with them again. As melvin said do a charge back with ur bank.

I have been on Topical Dutasteride for over a year and a half from Dr Mwamba and I had to pay to a bank account in Spain (under FUE CLINIC) that belonged to the Andorran Pharmacy the first time I ordered, they explained that a Pharmacy in Andorra was making the Topical formulations and that was their bank account, after that it has always been with a credit card directly from the Pharmacy (I get a payment link), I also asked for a bottle at the clinic during second surgery and was given a prescription from the Dr and went to a near by pharmacy to get it compounded. They have ever taken money from me for my Dut Mesotherapy and Topical Dut, just my 2 cents. PD: Yes they work great and no side effects at all.

Didn't everyone had to pay that way back in the day?

I certainly paid a few times via a wire transfer to a bank in Andorra-Spain or whatever, it also had the reference name "FUE CLINIC" , probably so they knew that payment was coming from their patients to formulate it to their specs.

Anyways, still irrelevant. I'm out for the day, enjoy the discussion.

Oh look, Dr. Mwamba's chief fan boy shill is back for more! Give it up you goof.

You're so obsessed with defending Mwamba in every thread his name is mentioned. Talk about an agenda, wow.

That sucks man, I am sorry to hear you are having these type of issues.

I would suggest the same as Melvin and find another supplier, I have not had a bad experience when ordering and they worked great but not worth your time and money if you can't get it shipped or have to start emailing people to get what you paid for. They are not very organized to say the least when it comes to shipments.

@Mark Wolfer

You’re being quite nasty for no reason. Your posts are being reported and it stops now. You go on every single thread to complain about something that could be solved in a simple phone call. I suggest moving on from this.

Onwards,

This is very unfair - how is he being nasty? He's just an unhappy customer. I'm sure if he was able to sort it so easily he wouldn't be posting about it on here.

To top it all off, they didn't properly organize the brokerage clearance for the DHL package and so now I'm out another $20 unnecessarily, even after I paid full shipping to @FUECLINIC

@Melvin- Moderator is obviously going to feel motivated to protect his client because Dr. Mwamba is one of the people paying his salary here. It's hard to be impartial between one of your bosses, and some random guy who is just another non-paying member of the site. Melvin's focus is also on the hair transplant surgeries, not on policing topicals purchases, so I can forgive his ignorance on how this works.

If I was Melvin I would ban you. You are trolling.

What you think doesn't matter to me. You're being dismissive of the fact that both @sunsurfhair and I had a poor experience with this clinic and this pharmacy. It wasn't your money and it didn't take up your time chasing these people to send the product we paid for.

If you're in the habit of waiting for six weeks before the products you buy even get shipped, then you're far more passive than anyone else I know.
