Regular Member sharkman Posted January 8, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted January 8, 2022 Hey guys, So it seems I simply have a massive bold crown where I don't have enough donor hair. I was recommended transplant from the beard but a hughly recommended doctor told me that the beard hair is different and it won't look natural. Did anyone have a good experience with this beard procedure and if yes who would you recommend?

Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted January 8, 2022 Valued Contributor Share Posted January 8, 2022 I would look at the many Eugenix results for the high Norwoods and the use of beard hair (mixed with scalp grafts) in the crown. Last weekend Melvin had work by Eugenix in his crown. 2 GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix

Senior Member Britanium Posted January 8, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted January 8, 2022 Yup if not Eugenix or Medispa (India) then Definitely consider Dr Bisanga, Dr Mwamba or Dr Feriduni - Belgium.
Senior Member gillenator Posted January 9, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted January 9, 2022 It’s going to depend on the hair characteristics of your beard hair when it grows to length compared to the hair characteristics of your scalp hair…if it’s a huge difference, the visual compatibility will be a huge challenge and like Gats stated, scalp donor will have to be mixed in “if” you have enough scalp donor to pull it off.
