Regular Member Buzz23rs Posted December 7, 2021 Regular Member Share Posted December 7, 2021 (edited) Hi all. a while back I made a post of who to use in for my HT in turkey and I finally made the decision to go with dr demirsoy. my options were HLC, BICER, or dr demirsoy and after consulting with all of them armamed dr demirsoy stood out from the three. Arriving in turkey was okay I was picked up by muzzafer dr demirsoys assistant and translator taken to the marriott hotel. the transfers to and from the airport, the clinic and 2 nights stay at the marriott hotel was 260 euros. This includes breakfast. had a good night sleep tbf, normally I don’t sleep great in hotels. Surgery day. Met muzzafer at 8.30 in the lobby taken to the clinic. The clinic was nice clean and well kept, met dr demirsoy himself he drew on the hairline he thought would best suit my face using the golden ratio measurements. And asked me if I liked or wanted to change anything. I was happy Here’s my photos. These photos are taken the same day. I’ll keep everyone updated. thanks 😊 Edited December 9, 2021 by Buzz23rs Deleted pic

Regular Member Buzz23rs Posted December 7, 2021 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 7, 2021 @JC71 Tbh it was more the corners receding that made my head look very large. So the hairline didn’t get lowered to much just the corners filled the front reinforced

Regular Member H.K Posted December 7, 2021 Regular Member Share Posted December 7, 2021 Thanks for sharring your results , i belive you will have amazing results specially you have a very good starting point I'm curious why you choose non-shaved method . if transplanted hair faces initial shock loss in the first 1-3 months , you may have apparent different in look between transplanted and non-transplanted areas . I saw some people eventually trim the whole head to keep it consistent .

Regular Member Buzz23rs Posted December 9, 2021 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 9, 2021 @H.K I normally have my sides buzzed down to a 1 anyway and thought the top being left long would cover up the recipient area for work purposes but on reflection I wish I did shave all my hair off 😂
Regular Member Buzz23rs Posted December 9, 2021 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 9, 2021 Pre op So I got my photos back from armamed today. Like I said in earlier posts the hairline itself has not been lowered too much but the corners filled in and hairline reinforced.
Regular Member Buzz23rs Posted December 9, 2021 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 9, 2021 The operation itself went smooth. The numbing injections hurt. But after that the operation was actually quite relaxing after the local anaesthetic kicked in I fell asleep during a small part of the procedure. Regular Member Buzz23rs Posted December 9, 2021 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 9, 2021 (edited) Overall I had a really good experience and I’m hoping the outcome is good. so far I can only comment on the level of service and care I received during my visit, travelling abroad for an operation on your own can be a bit nerve wracking. But I was definatley well catered for, dr demirsoys assistant muzzafer was there to handle any problems. Even the day before my travel to turkey the uk made it mandatory for all arrivals to take a pcr test 48 hours before re-entry to the uk muzzafer sorted this for me in turkey and had the results bk within hours. Here’s some pics of my experience. The Marriott hotel, the view from the clinic, the mid op-meal and me just before surgery. I’d like to add that the hotel and transfers was not 260 it actually cost me 290 as I had late check out to accommodate my flight times. Senior Member Fue3361 Posted December 10, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted December 10, 2021 Looking on point! I'm excited to see how your results look a few months from now. Also, very similar to my surgery in many ways. I'm just a few months ahead of you (I'm 3 months 7 days atm). 1 Check out my journey here:
