Senior Member MachoVato Posted August 14, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted August 14, 2021 Dr. Rahal does nice work. Calls himself the Hairline King, too. 😁 I don't see many reviews these days, but I loved Dr. Keser's (Turkey) hairlines. He does small procedures, limit of about 700 grafts per day. He was the first surgeon I wanted to go to, would have been a 4 days procedure! I like the hairlines from Dr. Ferreira (Portugal) too. Soft and natural. Lately, I'm most impressed with De Freitas (Spain), too. If I hadn't already had my hairline done, he would be in my top 2 or 3 options. My hairline was done at HLC (Turkey). I'm only 9 months in and if give my results a 9.5 rating (humble brag). I love it and it's slowly getting better. 👍 I just completed my second HT with Dr. Bisanga (Belgium). Worked on my crown and a touch up on my temples. Too early to talk about results, but his hairlines are also beautiful. From experience, his attention to detail was excellent. He would also be in my top 2 or 3 today. You'll get lots of opinions on the subject. Expect to spend more money for this level of surgeon. Do you own research. Best of luck! Senior Member Gasthoerer Posted August 14, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted August 14, 2021 Honestly, I have difficulties to understand what "TOP hairline" clinic means? Highest density? Most aggressive design? Best macro design? Best micro design? Separation of multies and singles? Especially the first three parameters depend heavily on you individual case and you cannot draw a conclusion from other cases and transfer this knowledge to your individual case. You have to speak to the clinic and let them create a hairline as a starting point of discussion. Of course there are some general trends: - Hattingen being more on the the conservative side with rounder edges - Turkish clinics often (not always) typically more aggressive with sharper edges...but what is better? - Micro design is something to look at - as I think a great micro design gives you a more natural result especially when the density is subpar (can happen to any clinic) --> Freitas (even more Diep) would not be on the top of my list as there micro design is not what I (personally) expect from a top clinic - Separation between multies and singles is just a "must" - all clinic who fail in that regards are not a top clinic anyway Conclusion: - There is not such thing as the "top hairline clinic" as every case is individual - If the design of the surgeons does not match you expectations and density is subpar then you will be disappointed independent how much praise was given before - Visit your favourite clinics and discuss your individual hairline with them - this is the only way to find out if from the top clinics one is your individual top hairline clinic --> In my case (which is very particular) this was Feriduni, but does this make him the hairline king above Lupanzula, Bisanga, Konior (the other clinics I consulted)? I do not think so. 2 400+ grafts in 2018 and 2900 grafts in 2020 via FUE with Feriduni
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted August 14, 2021 Administrators Share Posted August 14, 2021 It depends on what you prefer, for example I went to Diep, as you can see from the above statement, not everyone will be a fan. My suggestion is start looking up reviews. For me De Freitas is amazing, so is Bisanga, Konior, Shapiro, Gabel, etc. There are a lot of great surgeons. You just need to research. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. My comments are not medical advice. It doesn't really bother me though because his hairlines still come out spectacular in terms of things like growth rate and density.
