I don’t see any photos. Please add some photos and I’ll be more than happy to take a look.

no one can accurately say if you will go bald or not. Your family history seems favorable to non-balding (or at least until later in life). However, you could hypothetically have relatives on both sides of your family who are wolverines, and you could still unluckily get the short stick in hairloss genes and end up with severe baldness. All you can do is monitor your hair closely and respond appropriately.

I will say that if you have noticeable thinning at the young age of 23, you can expect further hairloss.

Thank you.

According to photos, mature hairline or start of balding?

Looks like you are in the very early stages of male pattern baldness. Sorry. But also welcome to the club.

In the main board (HT questions) they seem to think im not. However i do agree with you, i think this is the start sadly.

A HT doctor should be able to confirm or is it too early?

Early stage of very slow progressing MPB imo. Definitely go to a dermatologist or hairtransplant surgeon to look at your scalp under a microscope and do a real assessment. You're in really good shape anyway, but best you know early if it is.

How old are you? We don’t always follow our parents hair genes. None of the men in my immediate family have hair loss. My dad’s uncle on the other hand was bald as an eagle. Yes followed his genes.

Same.  My dad, my grandpas, and my brothers have more hair than I do.  God's a jerk.

There are small chances to get bald, but next generations in your family have bigger chance to get bald, so you can consult some medics and a geneticist to help you study better your family and only him can say real chances to be bald.
