Senior Member hairlossPA Posted September 8, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted September 8, 2020 stay away from clinics that are promoting the robot (aka ARTAS). I would suggest doing some more research on this forum, starting in the "Find A Prescreened Physician".
Senior Member TorontoMan Posted September 8, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted September 8, 2020 Yeah 19,500 usd for a robot to do the work, which isn’t recommended anyway.. would advise against that.
Senior Member Britanium Posted September 8, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted September 8, 2020 Run in the other direction from the ARTAS robot! You can do better with a skilled Dr.
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted September 8, 2020 Administrators Share Posted September 8, 2020 In the US prices range from $5-10 depending on the surgeon, but I would stay away from robotic FUE personally. Senior Member voxman Posted September 8, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted September 8, 2020 Yes, it is too expensive. And there are many good choices in the North Eastern part of the United States. LonelyGraft
Artas is a huge no. Do a lot more research on this site/forum before you pull the trigger. Did u see Bernstein by chance? I believe he still utilizes artas. Edited September 8, 2020 by LonelyGraft

Senior Member Gabreille Nelson Mukhia Posted September 9, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted September 9, 2020 The prices in the US are so expensive. I can't even begin to imagine how people there afford to have medical care without insurance. And cosmetic surgeries aren't covered by insurance. People pay a bomb for cosmetic procedures. I've heard that it is even more expensive in the UK for cosmetic procedures. DrTBarghouthi
Not a big fan of the ARTAS system personally. I dont see the price of the machine or the kits used per patient justified. There are far more superior results achieved in the hands of skilled doctors. 1 Dr. Taleb Barghouthi approved and recommended on the Hair Transplant Network.
