Best Clinic For Density + Hairline

38 years old. Diffuse thinner. Contemplating PRP and planning for possible transplant.

If I decide to get a transplant, my main concerns would be:

1) Maximum possible density - no "see through" effects

2) The hairline looking dense, natural and no "see through" effect

Of course, I realise that results depend on starting point, hair characteristics, shaft thickness, donor area etc...

However, which surgeons specialise in the sort of things I'm looking for?

Research suggests Hasson? What about the UK? Reddy?

My search for my second HT lead me to  Kaan Pekiner: 2.15€/graft for Stick&Place with all manual FUE and does BHT from the beard to add density for 2.4€/graft. Check his results in this forum and the italian forum https://bellicapelli.forumfree.it/m/?f=64816590

Let me know if you find other Doctors with posted results that are doing the whole procedure themselves with either stick&place or DHT with Lion implanter at this price point.

You’re setting yourself up for failure with those expectations. No see through effect, doesn’t really exist unless you’re having multiple surgeries in the hairline alone. You have diffuse hair loss also, I just don’t think a hair transplant is a good idea id those are your expectations.

Marvin,

Cheers. I realise that this sort of thing can’t be achieved in one session. I probably should have stated that in my post, but I was trying to keep it as short as possible.

Hasson is a great choice imo, he basically did as you’re describing with me, although I have had a couple of surgeries to get exactly where I wanted to be

The only thing is that you have diffuse hair loss, so is it wise to place so many grafts in the hairline when you may need it elsewhere?

Thanks, Aftermath. I wish results like yours were the standard!

Maybe not. At this stage, I'm just looking for recommendations of surgeons who can "do an Aftermath".

Yea we all want the “aftermath” but you have to consider future hair loss. The “no see through” effect usually doesn’t occur with diffuse hair loss.
