34 Year Old Male with Class III-V Hair Loss by Dr. Parsa Mohebi

This is a 34 Year old man with Class III-V hair loss who received a hair transplant by Dr. Parsa Mohebi. We focused on the front and corners areas of the scalp and covered it with 1846 follicular unit grafts.

How is this a class 3 vertex loss if we haven't seen his crown? Is the follow definition of 3 vertex correct:

 

Type III vertex: Represents early hair loss at the crown (Vertex) area, with or without the temples.

Yes you are correct. We were just trying to interpret whether in the Original description is meant 3V or 5

I understood what the doctor meant. My reaction is meant to be a bit sarcastic.
