Wow, pretty impressive. FUE result looks pretty solid. I can see the touch up concern on right side but would you need 500 grafts for that area? Definitely smart to pace it out. Overall, hairline isnt see through result and you are rightfully pleased.

Were the extractions all done by the doctor? What density was the placement in recipient zone? Was the extraction tool used motorized or completely manual?

I think 500 grafts was a conservative estimate, but that's also considering the slight gap on my left side as well (if I try to part my hair it's more noticeable....but not by much).

Extractions were done by Dr. Hasson's two technicians, who both did a fantastic job (my transection rate was extremely low). Density was around the 55-60 FU/cm2, but my hair is very thick. There's funny story about how H&W purchased an ARTAS machine to test out, but all it's good for is collecting dust. They prefer manual punch instead.

Absolute hair porn, great density and results as expected from Hasson.

In most cases with HTs patient's are not able to wear their hair combed back like that but you can get away with it thanks to the excellent work and density.

I wouldn't nitpick it too much and waiting for 5 five years for a touchup is smart plan!

go dense or go home

Looking good man! I know what you mean about the hair greed. If someone showed you a pic of your hair now, before your surgery, you would have said yes please and no more. Lol. I'm in the same boat as you though. I'm considering a touch up just because of hair greed. But like you I won't seriously consider it until 5+ years down the road, and it would only be work done along with further thinning. If I maintain the hair I have now, I personally wouldn't bother with a touch up.
