That's a norwood 5. Progressing to 6 probably, but nowhere near a true 6, let alone 6.5.

Yes I agree. Sometime I feel like clinics give people a high # to make the results look better. Your back of crown is all there unlike a 6.

You have a solid result there - I think one more pass with your "top of crown" for 1500 or so grafts and you will be in good shape. You can see from the side view a depression where the hair falls off as you go from quite a bit of hair to not much so that will address it but overall things look good - 5k grafts is a big surgery.

Jan 2016 - 3800 graft FUT with Dr. Konior

NW 5A to 6.

Docs whose results I am most consistently impressed with: Konior, Cooley (FUT), Hasson (FUT), Diep (FUE) (yeah I like the zig zag).

Some are very honest (or even round down the NW level of their patients), like Dr. Feriduni.

No offense to Dr. Rahal, but his reps are the biggest exaggerators in the business, in my experience.

His pattern is Norwood 5A, a Norwood 6 crown dips down further and the lateral humps near the crown dip down, where as a Norwood 5A remains high and intact, I also noticed the patient has retro alopecia in the before photo and after it improved, I wonder if that's do to meds like fin and minoxidil. You can really tell the difference from a 5A to a 6 simply by looking at the side profile you see in a 6 the sides gradually dip down to the crown where is a 5A this does not happen, much easier to fully restore a 5A.
