Not much has changed since last update, I still feel my density is not what I want. It is not bad, its much better from where I started, but I want more. I sometimes catch myself not being satified with my current situation, but then I look back at before HT pics and that puts it all back in perspective and grounds me again! thanks for reminding us and me of this .
