Dr Mwamba + My WHTC-1012 grafts to reconstruct temples points and sideburns

Since his young age, the patient had no sideburns, no temples points and thinning in the ear line above the ear .He didn’t have any signs of hair loss or didn’t notice any shedding.

No past medical history (except a white coat blood pressure).

We decided to perform the FIT shaven technique.

In post op , we recommended Hair cycle biotin spray to speed up healing process and keep the grafts moist ,healthy ( antioxidants , anti-inflammatory ingredients , ,etc…) , and the Help Hair whey protein to speed up the growth .

WE GRAFTED 500 FOLLICLES IN RIGHT SIDE AND 512 FOLLICLES ON THE LEFT TEMPLE POINT, SIDEBURN AND EAR HAIR LINE .OUR DENSITY WAS AROUND 50 FU/CM2.

TEMPLE POINTS are very important. Especially for Balding guys who are planning to restore their hairlines. Great hairlines with weak temple points makes the person looks like he is wearing a wig. That's why I'm going to use some nape hair this summer for my temple points :-)

Mwamba's work is so prestine. Doctor, how many grafts can you perform in one session? Do you cap sessions off at say 1500 per day but can do 2 day sessions equalling 3000 grafts? Are you using the versi handle or the CIT punch these days?

Mickey , I usually promise 1000 grafts per day .This take off the pressure of rushing during the day of surgery .I spend most of the time one to 2 hours during the pre-op consultations to make sure I am on the same page with the patients .And then , you have all the possible events ( Nausea, patients who don't support anesthesia ,etc..) that could slow down the process .

so 3000 grafts will be done in three days .Even though we know we usually do 1500 grafts per day with no pressure .

I use both CIT punch and the versi handle with the SUPER PUNCH .

Wow, that's very impressive. One of the bigger transformations I've seen with so few grafts. It goes to show how big an impact the sides make at framing someone.

 

Maybe I've just missed them, but I don't recall seeing loss like that in somebody before, in that he had a relatively full head of hair, but the sides had eroded quite a bit. Either way he is very lucky as 1.had such minimal loss to begin with and 2. found a doc who could perfectly restore things.

Great work Doc. Dr. Patrick Mwamba, What do you think about using NAPE HAIR for temple points? Do you have any examples or experienced about it? I'm thinking of using mine for it.

NApe hairs characteristics ( fine , a little bit depigmented ) will match perfectly for that purpose .

You should also be aware that nape hairs can also go through the miniaturization process and fall .And if you don't prevent this with medication , you can loose the grafted hairs in the future and your solution will not be permanent .
