  1. Hello guys, This is my last video in which I spoke about the current tendency of robotic surgeries become fashionable, I gave my point of view as well as other physicians, what do you guys think about it?, are you willing to have a surgery with a robot or do you prefer a human surgeon to perform the entire procedure? Robotic surgery vs "traditional" FUE surgery
  2. Hello guys, It’s a shame that a doctors that knows in his internal jurisdiction that it’s not prepared to perform an specific procedure he doesn’t care and does anyway, then seat back in his chair waiting to see what is the outcome, why?, for money?, maybe it’s an utopia that medical practice should be above economical interests right?, maybe for training?, I have nothing against doctor to perform training but those cases should be of mutual agreement, by one side the patient doesn’t pay for his procedure expecting to get a good job and the doctor can do his training and it could be a win win situation but without the right of complaining. But those cases where the patient pay religiously in the belief that he’s putting himself in the hands of an expertise and get a shitty work in exchange of his innocence those cases makes me sick. Please see the result obtained by this patient in a famous and reputed clinic in Spain and let me know your opinion.
  3. Hi Melvin, Thank you for the comments, actually one of the four repairs have been done in HDC and the other three in other clinics but I definitely agree with you that Dr Maras is an excellent surgeon and the HDC clinic are one of the most reliable in the hair transplant industry. Regards,
  4. By the way I have corrected the subtitles which I think that definitely improves the experience for english viewers. Thank you.
  5. Hi guys, Im seeing that in Youtube there are a whole generation of patients that are willing to accept a damaged donor as normal thing that could happen during an average HT. I cannot believe what I saw but it's true, many patients are ready to deal with things like a brutal shock loss and battle during months while doing every type of complementing treatments such prp, mesotherapy, injections, etc. just to try to recover as much as possible the damaged area.... I Just wondering why is so difficult to make people understand that prevent is a cure, money it's are resource but our heads and lives are only one....I don´t know, just trying to figure it out what's going on... I have created a video about this in my channel, it's in Spanish with english subtitles although they are automatically created and not very precise, by the way do you think it's worth it to create a new one in english?, thanks in advance for your input.
  6. Wow! the last photos are very good and give us a realistic perspective of what is your current status, congratulations again for the beautiful result! Thank you, I'll contact my colleague in the clinic to get the photos, blur the face and post them. Cheers
  7. Congrats my friend, your hair in this photo seems a beautiful hair, also the haircut suits you better than previous one 😅 by the way, if you want we can post the photos taken in the clinic that have a good quality. Thank you, have a nice day!

  9. Thank you guys, it's amazing how your life could change due to a hair transplant good or bad, I can give you both views, and honestly, to have a bad ht with unnatural result it's like die in live. Those unprofessional doctors should be ashamed for butchering people for a few hundred bucks. By the way this is the artist who did my first procedure...Dr Martín Espinosa, if you saw him dressed like that run!
  10. Hello guys, Some of you already know my case, I have been around forums since 2003, in this year I had my first (bad) experience with Ht's.. I created a new channel in Youtube recently to share material about Hair Transplants, I did in Spanish as I'm spaniard, but I thought that to make the videos in english as well could be a good idea... The first video that I did in English it's about my experience and I tried to explain as best as I can...excuse me the mistakes, Im trying to improve my level and this videos in English will help me to practise and eventually some day could speak as Shakespeare, hahaha. https://youtu.be/18JlnOPMCCQ Let me know your opinion as it will be very welcomed! Thank you and have a nice day
  11. I have posted videos in previous posts with identical link from youtube, not sure how this works.
  12. Hello everybody, The following is a patient from Spain who was suffering alopecia from very young, in the following video he explain how has affected this to him and the result of the micro as well, (Im sorry it is in spanish) PHOTOS OF RESULT
  13. Hello Questionamrk, I think that I have replied already, another thing is if my reply satisfies you or not, but this is something out of my control. I have told you the following: "In the web page, there are hundreds of cases posted by the own customers, despite I cannot post here the link or use that cases outside that forum, nonetheless this forum is open to the public in general so it could be possible to find there customers who did the SMP some years ago" As you can understand I cannot take cases from other forum to post here, or to post you the link here, so you are free to go to HIS HAIR forum and do a research and probably you will find customers with the treatment done years ago. You are also invited to assist to any of the OPEN DOORS DAY in any of the clinics that HIS HAIR has around the world, there you could probably seen in detail many heads with SMP performed by HIS HAIR over different periods of time. And as I said before, There is also the example of Ian Watson, available to meet in person at any time, who did his first SMP 10 years ago and he looks fantastic so for me this is the definitive proof, his case it shows me how can I look in 10 years and for me he looks perfect, I understand if someone prefer to go temporary and to do 2 retouches per year but for some other people including myself the permanent option performed by HIS HAIR its the best option. Which one to choose is up to you, the good thing is that you have options to choose.
  14. Hello Greatjob, here you can see one example of SMP in a completely slick bald head: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/169948-micropigmentation-frame-face-his-hair-clinic.html
  15. Hello Agenteye, I think that you are confusing the methods, the HIS HAIR method doesnt require maintenance, you will probably dont need any in 3-4-5 years or more, in the last term it will depend on the type of patient skin. In the other hand the temporary method requires at least two or more retouches per year to keep the result. Thanks.
  16. Hello, I replied already with one example and in the forum of HIS HAIR, in the web page, there are hundreds of cases posted by the own customers, despite I cannot post here the link or use that cases outside that forum, nonetheless this forum is open to the public in general so it could be possible to find there customers who did the SMP some years ago. I also noticed in the italian forum that there are customers who went by the temporary option who had to do from 2 to 4 retouches per year to maintain the results as it seems that this is the way to keep fresh the results of temporary SMP, if its ok for you then perfect, I personally prefer the permanent option performed by HIS HAIR and this is why I underwent my own procedure with them and Im very happy. There is also the example of Ian Watson who did his first SMP 10 years ago and he looks fantastic so for me this is the definitive proof, his case it shows me how can I look in 10 years and for me he looks perfect, I understand if someone prefer to go temporary and do 2 retouches per year but for some other people including myself the permanent option performed by HIS HAIR its the best option. Which one to choose is up to you, the good thing is that you have options to choose.

You can see lots of nice results from HIS HAIR in internet and through his website, Im personally are one of his customers and I can confirm that their work is excellent. 18. Hi Scar5, I understand what you say about temple points and the problem of being excessively defined and I'm sure that there will be a lot of examples of SMP procedures with this problem that you pointed out, actually I'm of the same opinion, temples points excessively marked will look artificial most of the times. From my experience in my own skin and from what I've seen in other procedures carried out at HIS HAIR, this is not an issue for them, the case of the thread is an example of this, his temple points looks completely natural, not excessively marked, depending on the light you virtually cannot see them. The video of AFTER the SMP is explicit in this aspect, here you can see how it looks in movement, the temple points are smoothly defined, as I said before, if I had not known beforehand that he had an SMP I would have never guessed.
  19. Hi Scar5, It is not the first time that you talk to me in a disrespectful manner and I dont know why, I think that this is not correct so I suggest you to change your attitude. Concerning me, it is a shame that this forum doesn't allow external links, because you could have checked my profile, Im spanish native and Im a forum member in the spanish forums since 10 years ago. Excuse me if sometimes I do not laugh your jokes but as I said, my English is limited.
  20. Excuse for my poor english, I thought you were talking about the meeting point between temporal peaks and first line, this is why I shown these examples, to demonstrate how of nicely were blended.
  21. I dont understand what do you mean, in the case that I posted the angles looks soft and natural, here it can be seen.
