Senior Member M&M Posted May 21, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted May 21, 2009 Congratulations Drew35! This should set the stage for a terrific transformation. What really impresses me is the overall hairline and temple design. This really should look very good when it has all grown in. I specifically asked Dr Wong to do the temples and lower the hairline slightly in the first session. Dr Wong is willing to listen to patients if they have educated themselves and have realistic expectations. I was willing to have a thin or bald crown in order to have a lower hairline and temple work done in the first session. - 1st Transplant: 5,485 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 2nd Transplant: 3,100 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 3rd Transplant: 5,035 grafts with Dr Sanusi Umar My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Wong

Senior Member Drew35 Posted May 31, 2009 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 31, 2009 16 Days Post-Op. I started using Advodart 4 weeks ago and I have noticed new hairs growing in the front of my head. I will have to pluck them, because they are lower than my new hairline Dr Wong constructed. I decided to shave my head before the top falls out and you can get a better view of the scar. - 1st Transplant: 5,485 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 2nd Transplant: 3,100 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 3rd Transplant: 5,035 grafts with Dr Sanusi Umar My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Wong

It's a mixture of colloidal silver, aloe vera, and grapefruit seed extract. It's supposed to aid in rapid healing. - 1st Transplant: 5,485 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 2nd Transplant: 3,100 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 3rd Transplant: 5,035 grafts with Dr Sanusi Umar My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Wong

Senior Member HairIsThere Posted June 19, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 19, 2009 Hey Drew, congrats on that head of hair man it's gonna look awesome! I noticed you said you switched to using Avodart in a previous post...I'm assuming Dr. Wong gave you the prescription for it? What has your experience been like with it so far? I've heard it can be even more effective at halting hairloss than Propecia but also the side effects are potentially more harmful. Any feedback would be awesome and congrats again buddy! - 1 HT ~ 3000 grafts - Regimen: Propecia 1X daily

I read that sleeping with multiple pillows, to prop you up at a 45 degree angle, while sleeping will help prevent swelling of your face after the procedure. I did that and had zero swelling. However, I was told that was a coincidence and some people have done that and still had swelling. Take it for what it's worth. - 1st Transplant: 5,485 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 2nd Transplant: 3,100 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 3rd Transplant: 5,035 grafts with Dr Sanusi Umar My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Wong

Dr Wong did not prescribe the Advodart. I am buying it off the internet. I have had no side effects with the Advodart. I have noticed new hairs are popping up in my crown and hairline, that are definitely not the transplanted hairs, so that's a bonus. - 1st Transplant: 5,485 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 2nd Transplant: 3,100 grafts with Dr Jerry Wong 3rd Transplant: 5,035 grafts with Dr Sanusi Umar My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Wong
