Senior Member chrisdav Posted May 7, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted May 7, 2012 I am now 7 months post op from my 1900 grafts in New York with Dr Feller. I have taken some pictures outdoors in daylight with my hair wet and combed back to be as harsh as I can. My hair is shorter now than it was pre op but the frontal hair has been improved signicantly and looks better even at a shorter length. I have come along way not only from the pre op stage but 3 months post op. I had next too nothing growth from two poor surgeries in the Uk but now my hair has been transformed considerably, resulting in myself being very happy indeed and now can style my hair how I want. My progress is on my thread Hair Transplant with Dr Feller in New York. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.

Senior Member chrisdav Posted May 7, 2012 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 7, 2012 (edited) I never have my hair like that, usually have it up at the front and spiked in places. Just wanted to emphasise and show the work that was done as clearly as I possibly could. How is your hair coming along Aaron? I've noticed more difference between months 9-10 than with months 6-9. I even got a couple of scalp zits a couple of weeks ago! So rest assured, there is more to come for you as well! Senior Member TommyLucchese Posted May 7, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted May 7, 2012 Wow that's great! Very impressive. 2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now. Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018. Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week. Senior Member spreadlocks Posted May 8, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted May 8, 2012 Superb progress and excellent pics too. It's great too see some pics taken in the harshest conditions to give an accurate representation. It looks really natural and dense. I bet it looks crazy good when styled. Senior Member spreadlocks Posted May 13, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted May 13, 2012 Chris. You got any recent pics (7 months post op) with the hair dry and styled? Do you pull it forward or style it back? I'd be interested to see how it looks. Judging by the wet pic I'm sure it looks great.
