I really think your strong temple points compliment your hairline really well (they don't have a recessed angulation, they are more solid and straight). Looks pretty clean cut and sharp. Your hair looks very clean. Even in your outdoor day pic it looks great. So, after looking at your before pictures and comparing them to where you are today, I'd say there is a substantial cosmetic change and it looks successful. I have to stress to people to wait at least a full year as the results keep coming in. Even now at 15 months I think my hair is still changing and getting better. I am surprised it took that many grafts. He must have really packed them in there! BTW, are you still in the military serving overseas? Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
