Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? In my case, I may have to have a couple of old grafts excised and split which will cost more, but from the patient results and the one on one he has already given me it's an easy decision. High quality, consistent results, and doing what is appropiate for the patient. Dr Shapiro and Dr Konior have strong mutual respect for each other. It comforting when you know that the doctor you've chosen will guide you though all this and as long as he is in your corner you will be well cared for. Patient Educator, Shapiro Medical. Yes, I am shouting!!! I posted this thread over 7 months ago!! I went on to have a procedure with Dr Rahal, whom I chose, you see thats what patients should do....several consults and then choose a surgeon!! My post was true about Dr Konior...he has turned in to what I consider a friend!! He still sends me emails checking on my surgery and congratulating me on my procedure with Dr Rahal...as for advertisement, DR KONIOR DOES NOT NEED ANY!!! HIS WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!!!
