ATP is quite effective not only in post-op spray but as part of holding solution for the grafts. It definitely facilitates the dissipation of crusting, healing and is trending as having an impact on earlier development. Thanks for the comments.

Just wanted to showcase several FUE procedures that were done over the last few weeks. Heads come in all shapes and sizes. This is not a lunchtime FUE - the procedure usually takes about 6 - 8 hours, is very specialized and labor intensive. We do recommend PRP or PRP/Acell as an adjunct to the procedure but this not always done as it is an additional expense. Liposomal ATP spray is administered post-op and is showing to have a nice effect on the healing of the extractions / receptor sites in that it facilitates the dissipation of the crusting and ignites the cellular metabolism of the follicles. Overall there is very little discomfort with FUE.

Dr. Dorin followed up with this patient 10 months post-op at our . This result is an FUT focused on hairline restoration. It consisted of 1695 grafts, of which 511 are singles, 1001 doubles, and 183 threes. Patient is very stoked about the transformation. May consider a touch-up in the future as needed or desired.

Dr. Dorin performed an ultra-refined follicular unit hair transplant at his New York City surgical suite 8 months ago. The treatment was focused on restoring a lower contour the the hairline and rebuilding the temporal region - 1433 grafts transplanted.

About a year out from his procedure with Dr. Dorin in New York City, this patient received an FUT consisting of 2017 grafts focused on the frontal region and vertex.

based on the photos, your donor area, age, advanced pattern do not bode well for a meaningful result with hair transplantation. rocking the shaved head look is certainly an option and you seem to have a decent head shape for that I agree that micropigmentation may be worthwhile to consider. Propecia may be beneficial as well. -P

appreciate the comments........about 1500 - 1700 or so for hairline / alleys.....and about the same for the crown region. The crown certainly has the majority of doubles/triples....ones & twos in the frontal region.
