    Dr. Dorin performed FUE exclusively for this patient to address 2 issues: to add density to a developing spot in the vertex and to fortify the border of his beard and sideburn region. This was FUE session consisted of 654 grafts scalp to crown via strip-shave FUE and 390 grafts beard to beard FUE. @ 7 hour procedure.

    having watched a few galeoplasty procedures in my time i would say barbaric a more appropriate term, FUT not so much and the scarring should rival FUE if done well.

    This is not apples to apples so you want to make sure of what you are getting into in terms of the quality of the phyisician's work. Also make sure you have a grasp on how the FUE will be performed and the extent to which the doctor is involved in your procedure. $7 - $9 is a reasonable range to consider when choosing an FUE.

    Dr. Dorin originally recommended 1800 - 2000 grafts for this hairline FUE restoration. Patient opted to do ultimately1262 grafts due to financial limitations so Dr. Dorin adjusted his approach in regard to hairline level/density. This FUE is performed with a manual motorized punch. For this case, Dr. Dorin utilized a .95mm punch. As you may notice, his punch sizes are customized based on the patient before him, taking into consideration different variables as far as donor density, skin temperment, complection....Adenosine Triphosphate Liposomal spray used post-operatively.

    Often one of the big concerns of prospective patients is how the donor area will look after hair transplantation. These are 2 examples of donor area managment - one after 3 FUTs harvesting in excess of 7000 grafts and the other early healing utilizing manual motorized FUE

This transformation is the result of an FUT session in the amount of 1724 follicular units, consisting of 371 singles, 1321 doubles, and 32 threes. A total of 3109 hairs transplanted.     thanks Mickey....the manual stripshave FUE is not possible with robotics so it can be appealing to patients that can't get away with shaving down the entire donor area... of course these treatments are conducive to patients needing a smaller sessions typically under 1000 grafts. cheers

    I think if in the before photos the patient's hair was dry and combed back if would provide a more accurate before and after comparison but a decent result for sure.

    This restoration spans about 5 years. In this time Dr. True performed 2 FUT treatments consisting of 2200 and 2037 grafts respectively. As of now, the entire frontal third of this patient's pattern is transplanted.

    This patient is a cosmetic dentist that has undergone an ultra-refined FUT with Dr. Dorin consisting of 2594 follicular units. 822 singles, 1666 doubles, 106 threes allocated to the front and top.
