    This female patient presented with a generally thin/miniatirized frontal region. Dr. Dorin performed a targeted ultra-refined session of 751 grafts, consisting of 119 singles, 510 doubles, 122 threes. PRP done intraoperatively with Liposomal ATP post-op care. 10 months of development.

    hi gents......I believe his hair being thicker is good thing no? His hair is longer now which translates to more layering and volume - he has been using Fin for 3 years and we also included PRP intraoperatively. Thank you for your comments.

    Good question.. For this case the best concentration of 2 & 3 hair follicular units, which we wanted to use internally behind the hairline, were located in the central back region. The area below the extracted zone toward the nape is lower density and not a "safe" zone.. The sides are lower density and less multiples but the overall extracted area can be expanded with further treatment.

    Dr. True performed an ultra-refined FUE to bolster density and add permanent healthy hair to the frontal third of this patients pattern. Of the 116 grafts, 337 are singles, 632 are doubles, and 147 are three hair follicular units. Patient began a regimen of Finasteride and minoxidil concurrently with the initial FUE session. PRP and Liposomal ATP used as bio-adjuncts.

    This is an FUT result after 1 year. The session was 2682 grafts consisting of 501 singles, 1949 doubles, 232 three hair units. A total of 5095 hairs transplanted. Donor supply estimate @ 6000 grafts. Intraoperative administration of PRP. Liposomal ATP post-operative spray utilized. The approach to this case was to concentrate the initial treatment into the first half of the balding pattern to optimize impact. A second treatment will considered with allocation mainly to the vertex and some frontal enhancement.

    This patient underwent FUE with Dr. Dorin 7 months ago. The session consisted of 393 singles, 1143 doubles, 197 threes - a total of 1733 follicular unit grafts. PRP administered intra-operatively and Liposomal ATP provided for post-op care. Propecia part of regimen now for 1 year.
