  1. Bill, Nope, that is not what I said. I said that HLH plays by a different set of rules. Neither yours or theirs are unfair. That's all. Actually I think Spammers suck, but I also like the fact that HLH allows for a classifieds section. People need a place somewhere to sell their wares.
  2. Grow: You sound stupider by the minute. I have never used or purchased a Laser Comb. I was merely stating that the HLH website allows for sales of such products in their classified section. I could care less if anyone responded to the ads. Talking about losers. You have posted over 1,000 times on here in a little over a year. Someone needs to get a life. lol I will be out riding my Jet Ski all day, while you sit here and obsess over the board.
  3. Please Grow Please Are you the board know it all? Why don't you get your facts straight! What do you call these? HLH Laser AD More proof So now why don't you check things out first before opening your big mouth. And no Bill, I am not promoting these products, only proving a point due to GPG's personal attack.
  4. gigem, Just post it on the HLH site. They play by different rules. Good luck!
  5. I had 7 really good years on Propecia and then things changed. It sucks because I also thought I had pretty much stopped it. Now three years later I have moved from a NW2 to closing in on a NW4. Still taking Propecia, but definitely not the same result.
  6. Come on guys, Bill is the Sheriff here so you had better chill. Shenanigans will NOT be tolerated.
  7. Azza By a losing battle I was referring to the continued loss while the new hair was growing. I mean no disrespect to you. I think you had decent coverage for the amount of grafts and large placement area. It seems from Dr. Rahal's repsonse that you both knew this would be a 2 step process for you. I am amused when I see some Armani patients getting that many grafts in a half inch hairline. I also felt like NW5a's comments were a bit harsh, but we all have our opinions. How have your friends and family responded?
  8. uughhhh! If this guy thinks he needs a transplant, then I am in trouble. His hair looks great. Maybe I need to load some woman with fertility drugs, knock her up and then wait for all the freebies.
  9. Has anyone ever thought that Azza might be fighting a losing battle? To have that much loss at such a young age, I would assume there was more loss while the new hair was growing in. It's a no brainer, the guy needs more work, but I doubt he will ever have a thick mane. But for NW5A to say he looks like an old woman with thinning hair seems a bit far fetched. His case and Azza's case were much different. NW5's balding pattern was much more localized to the front 1/2 of the scalp. Dr. Rahal is a top notch doc, I should know since I have met with him 3 different times. Once in San Diego and twice at his office in Ottawa. His patient care is outstanding.
  10. I don't think adding a little bit of hair for thousands of dollars is going to really make you happy. I think it will end up making the situation worse, and also make you alot poorer. Your hair loss is pretty severe for your age, but the good thing is you are pulling it off. Move on and screw the drugs, potions and lotions. You will save alot of money and eventually many others will catch up to you in the balding arena.
  11. Too bad there is not a money back guarantee on this one.
  12. Sorry Vincehair, but based on Rosanelli's fee structure this work of art would have been $24,200. The guy should have saved his dough and bought a cute mail order bride.
  13. So based on Rosanelli's fee schedule, this patient would have paid $19,500 for this result plus the pain of three different surgeries. At Hasson and Wong it would have been $14,800 and only 1 surgery. A $4,700 difference. Wow, what a bargain.
  14. Also, what is this Doc charging per graft? I would bet 3 sessions at full price would be about double what H&W charges for 1 megasession. One thing I really hate is a Hairtransplant Doctor who uses models on their website of people who you can tell never had a transplant. This is the case of this doctor. Look at the guy on the header. His hair is so thick that you can tell he has 0 male pattern baldness. Very misleading. Even Doctor Feller has agreed to this in the past when he updated his website. http://www.rosanelli.com/default.aspx
  15. lol @ dakota I would have to agree, although I think the batting average is more like .350. I guess we are so used to seeing truly good Docs work ie: Hasson, Wong, Feller, Rahal and even Armani that when we see something that we consider barely average, we are only setting ourselves up for disappointment. Even DeYarman's work looks at least as good as this doc's.
  16. At least give us one decent result. Fuzzy wuzzy isn't cutting it.
  17. Sorry, but this one doesn't look too good. Actually I would be very disappointed. Maybe HTN ought to slow down on the addition of doc's for awhile and let some of these other docs start showing some better results. It would be sad to think that in a week or two this doctor gets added to your list.
  18. Be careful, some thyroid medications are notorious for additional hair loss. I think Armour may be one of them.
  19. Maybe Joe from H&W should chime in here with his comments. I would assume he doesn't like playing poster boy for another doctor. Especially without his knowledge.
  20. hairthere, I got the same exact message sent to me. The Dr. said I needed to give a (sic) boast. Does he mean boost? Next time I am in San Diego Doctor, I will stop by and take you out to lunch at Dick's Last Resort. Then maybe we can go have yogurt and ride roller blades along Mission Bay. After that a nice stroll through Balboa Park. Then we can begin to heal. I did not see the previous before pic, but now I am hooked. Great job.
  21. Hands down there only needs to be a #1. Dr. Shapiro from Florida just based on the catchy jingle on his website. And he looks really weird too. Groovy Jingle - Click here
