Thanks for taking the time to comment. In answer to your questions: The grafts were all placed in the front half of the recipient area as you can see from the immediate post-op photo. In retrospect, I should have combed his hair all the way back to show the pre-op balding more accurately. It is diffcult to show what is happening in 3 dimensions in a 2 dimensional photo.
