  1. Interesting article on Antonio Conte Transplant Antonio Conte underwent hair transplant in bid to battle baldness... now the long-locked Italian is heading for talks with Chelsea | Daily Mail Online
  2. That is because he has never had a transplant. According to one of his friends he started taking finasteride.
  3. LOL. No disrespect to the doctor I think he is good. I am only having fun at the expense of his webmaster. As stated earlier I think many uneducated people that are researching maybe confused by these pictures. As experts we know the different but many people may not. A lot of these celebrities hair is unrealistic in most circumstances for a hair transplant. People that see this photos need to know that.
  4. Apparently there is a rumour that Elvis is alive and had an amazing hair transplant in California.
  5. I really want to see the James Dean interview because that is an impressive result
  6. I cant say anything in public. I heard that from a few people. Conte went on TV and they ask him is it real or a wig. He let it be touch and examine his head on live tv. After a game between Milan-Juv Berlusconi asked Conte in the dressing room who did his transplant.
  7. That's funny Italians that come also ask me about Gabriel Paletta . Talked to a mutual friend of his and he will interested but maybe after he retires.
  8. I am not allowed to say yes or no in public. If you look at my avatar that is a picture of me with Conte in Vancouver. Sound like there is a chance that he may be the next coach of Manu.
  9. It kind of tricks you to think that he may have done surgery on some of these patients. Below meet my patients there are photos of celebrities including the ones that people believe had surgery. I am surprised that he has permission to use these photos. That great that he was able to get permission especially the James Dean photo. Good doctor but in my opinion this can trick some people to think they did a hair transplant on these celebrities or that these celebrities have had a hair transplant.
  10. After I read professor first post (before he changed it) I was surprised that threats of violence were used. This can not be taken lightly even if it appear it was stated out of frustration. The patient was not happy about the situation justly or unjustly he is able to explain why. But once there is any sort of threat or comments that state violence it turns into another issue. I wouldn't comment if I was the doctors. When ever a person stated any threat it has to be taken extremely seriously. Just my opinion.
  11. I have helped many famous Italian patients (actor, singers, politicians amongst others). Most of them are so private and even paranoid that anyone finds out. I have also been there when some famous American/British singers and American actors were at the clinic. Privacy and patient/doctor confidentiality is the law so you cant share their story unless they agree. In some cases they request the clinic is closed to all patients and only open to them.
  12. That great! How many graft did they recommend? If you decide to come let me know when and health permitting we can meet up.
  13. In this case the clinic that did the surgery has everything to benefit by not only telling him what toppik is but to give it to him and show him how to use it. I am sure they paid him to advertise so its normal they want the best possible result for the public to see. Look at Rooney he only started using toppik after his transplant. Look at Jason Gardiner he went on a tv program in England talking about hair transplant with obvious concealer in his hair.
  14. You picked a good doctor and you are getting a good number of grafts, you will see a big cosmetic difference. What kind of result depends on size of your grafts, where the hairline will start and where the placement is. You need to talk to the clinic when it comes what to expect.
  15. You are right. Depending on expectations. 4000 will make a huge difference in the front.
  16. Donor permitting you need over 6000+ based on this photo. I don't think any number is too high. It appears you have a big head, big hairloss area which means you should have a big donor as well. Of course I could be wrong since I have only seem a few photos.
  17. I agree its great to see an athlete step up. I can't picture him advertising for any clinic unless he was paid very well. I don't think the photos show an accurate result that is possible at this clinic. Years ago I helped a famous soccer player from Italy what was a repair patient. I guess he was asked after his second transplant in Italy to give his opinion of the doctor which was quite positive compared to the work. This was over 10 years ago and the doctor shows his comment with his results from Hasson and Wong. He went from having doll plugs and a horrible transplant to someone that appears to never lost any hair. This doctor took credit for the work of Hasson and Wong and a lot of patient went to him. He even told a lot of patient if you want to look like this player you need 5 transplants. Many patient after having a horrible transplant with him are now coming to Hasson and Wong for repairs.
  18. I saw that as well. First thing I thought was it was a very good transplant. When you see a transplant on somebody that shaved his head the transformation look huge. It is not necessarily accurate since many people shave their head when they still have a lot of hair on the top. I have posted an accurate photo of Brian Urlacher hairloss before his transplant. Also showed you his after where I am 99% sure he is wearing concealer. Look at Rooney different when he decided to stop wearing concealer. It is hard to give an honest opinion of this result since it appears to be deceitful.
  19. Nicole and LT I am not saying SMP caused my cancer. I am not accusing anyone or anything with my cancer. When you get cancer you are always looking for what caused this. I have a very rare and aggressive form of Lymphoma. I talked to my oncologist yesterday and mentioned it. He said there is really no way of knowing but it sounded like he is unfamiliar with tattooing causing any form of lymphoma. He went to the world lymphoma conference last month and lymphoma is on the rise all over the world. There is a lot of things out there that cause lymphoma and in the future I am sure there will be a definite answer for this. I have a bone marrow transplant (non donor) April 2013 and when I was diagnosed Oct 2015 again I was told there was very little they can do. I am lucky that my cousin that is a lymphoma specialist at the mayo clinic was in town and her and the doctors discussed it. The last three months I have been on strong chemo that has completed destroyed me but I was able to shrink a very large tumor and get rid of the cancer around my brain. In three weeks I am getting another BMT (donor). So far I am going great. Since I lost all my hair all that is left is my SMP. Everyone that sees me thinks its my own hair so it looks very natural. When I had my first SMP was when Milena was in the clinic and I didn't have cancer yet. Once I got cancer and lost my hair I had it once again all over my head. The SMP on the top of my head faded so I have more and was wasn't sure of the back since my hair grew back and it is a lot more thicker there. When I lost my hair this time I was surprised that the side and the back of my hair still had SMP. This is probably because as stated my hair is a lot thicker in the side and back. All I care about is my health and could care less about my hair. I am quit sure SMP is safe and it normal to look for reason why I became sick.
  20. I never though about that. After I had SMP for the first time I was diagnosed with cancer. During my chemo I had another session all over my head because I was bald. Was cancer free and had another session Feb 2015. Oct 2015 my was once again diagnosed with cancer. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I am going to research it. My back and sides of head SMP have not faded in 3 years. I have enclosed a picture to see the SMP on the side and back that was only done once in Oct. 2012. I am not saying this has anything to do with my cancer but I have to share my experience.
  21. I am sure they will try their best to find a date to accommodate you Dutchie. Since a lot of patients come from out of town there is always a possibility for dates to open up sooner. Another advantage is the BC tax on hair transplant is only 5% compared to 13% in Ontario. Stay patient and I am sure Monday you will get a response. It will be good for you to get your hair back and help feed those poor skinny models you dates that are starving.
  22. One thing that impressed me about Hasson and Wong is the quality of their presentation. They only show high definition photos and video. In fact when you actually meet a patient they always look a lot better in person. Its about giving the most honest and accurate before and after so that a person can make an accurate decision.
