  1. Maverick; You are not suppose to see any results for around 3-4 months. Definately sounds like you had some shockloss don't even worry about your hair until 6-8 months post op. Lorenzo
  2. Jenn 24; Good post I agree!!! I myself always say that we are our best critics and our worst. I think sometimes people spend too much time with less important things and not enough time with the important ones. Since I have read your posts in the past I hope that this will help your emotional yo-yo and help you put your life in persective. I hope that you remember to follow your own advice. Good luck Lorenzo
  3. Baldbozo (the FUE messiah); I knew that you would respond and thanks for the kind words. Lorenzo
  4. I myself really like HLH and even though I don't agree with Farrell all the time I think he tries his best to say neutral. I feel that maybe it was me causing all the trouble but now that I am no longer posting its gone nuts...lol..I do admit its entertaining reading it. I feel that the posters there are probaly the most emotional of them all. Sometimes I miss not posting on there. Hairsite is probaly the biggest joke on the internet. I think that the AM/PM 4 burger for a buck have more taste and foundation than that joke of a website. Dave (aka Farrell Wigs) is probaly the stupidest moderator in history. Doesn't anyone see that he is a Woods b#tch and Farrell Systems dog? He edited anything against Woods or Farrel? I still can't believe that some people post on there but seeing who it is I totally understand. Dave if you are reading this please be a man and not a worm and have some guts instead of being someone b&tch. This site is probaly the mature of them all. I feel that mostly people on this overlook there personal agendas to actually help people out. The fact that Pats doesn't interfere is much appreciated. I have new names for the the other two side. Hairlosshelp ( no disrespect to Farrell I do like him) " the hairloss debators" and for Hairsite it would be puppetformoney.com. Lorenzo
  5. Beanstock; I think that you have alot more to worry about then your hair. You drink more in a week then most people drink in a year. No one will be looking at your hair anyways because at this rate your nose will be bigger than pinochino. Not to be funny but why are you even worried about your hair? For the women? The way you drink wouldn't all women be beautiful anyways? Go get some help. Your friends and family deserve it and most of all you owe it to yourself. Life is short and beautiful... Lorenzo
  6. Jenn; Based on the what you heard you did nothing wrong. This world is full of f@cked up people, get used to it. Let me tell you something if your heart decided before your mind that is a characteristic that a person can't change. You can't change your instincts so don't worry about it. Not everyone can be a cold ass-hole like me....lol..well maybe Jotronic... Lorenzo
  7. Jenn I don't think anyone accused you of making this up. I read the posts from him and his mother. What is sickening is whoever wrote the last post from Micheal.
  8. This this a bad joke?? http://www.keratin.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=28608#28608
  9. I have been off Proscar for around 8 months. It totally affected my sex-drive and also having pain in my left testicle. Ever since I have been of it I feel great!! Where do you draw the line? Would you rather be a baldy that can get it up or have hair but no finish? I actually think that I more hair (even thought I had a transplant on Feb 1 2002)now that I am using natural herbs. This is what I am using does anyone have any suggestions? 320 grams of Saw Plametto with Lycopene 120 grams of Grape Seed extract 1000 mg of Salmon Oil 2 cups of green tea 1 tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil I take this everyday and it actually seems to help my hairloss. Lorenzo
  10. Sad, sad, sad!!!!!!!!! My sympathy to his family. I can't believe anyone would consider suicide for any reason at all. I respect the fact at 18 hairloss must be tragic and maybe too much for someone at such a young age to handle. Sometimes I think to myself why did I get a transplant, couldn't I just be happy with what god gave me. Don't get me wrong I am very fortunate that I wasn't that bad, found the right doctor and had lots of donor. I don't regred my decision but feel bad for people that either have been screwed in the past, don't have enought donor hair, not enough money to afford one or even know the options that they have. Today I have spend all day looking to purchase a house. One of the house that I looked at was owed by a blind lady. The way this lady touched me I will never forget. Her house was beautiful!! She knew where everything was she even designed her house. She was a bit of a smart ass and I had to ask her if she was really blind. But her energy was so delightful and powerful. I left the house thinking that maybe I am the one that had a physical disability and not her. My point is that life is short she could have spend all day being depressed but she didn't. We all need to learn from people like this!!! Again I feel awful for the young kid but society really doesn't help us be proud of who we are. Lorenzo
  11. Jenn-24; Some medications cause shedding usually in the first month. Usually these hairs grow back healthier and stronger. How many hairs per day do you think that you are losing? Have you gone to see a dermatologist? What did they say about your hairloss? I understand that you just got a transplant recently so just like me and other guys the first 6 months can be stressful. Check out my website http://www.hairlosshelp.com/websites/lorenzo1/ My advice to you is wait 6 month on the transplant and medicine. Also consider getting a second opinion from a dermatologist. After I got my transplant done I was getting a haircut and one of the girls that I have know for 5 years told me that she had one done on her hairline. Even thought she had micro and minigrafts it was undetecatable and she looked great. I believe that she had 500 grafts done around 5 years ago. I think that you should patient and everything should be alright.. Lorenzo
  12. This is a link of some repairs and also peoples personal website. www.hairlosshelp.com/websites/transplants.cfm
  13. Pic; I just read your posting. Although I appreciate your apology, I am still insulted. When you wrote WOP on your first posting it was the only racial slur that you put in capital. Since Lorenzo is an italian name did you direct that to me?? Believe me I have travelled to the US frequently since I have relatives in Palm Springs and Brooklyn and seen the racism there. I travel frequently and actually leaving tomorrow for Manchestor. I must leave Canada at least 4 times a year and still consider Vancouver Customs the worst in the world. I have even made sure sometimes that I land in Calgary or Toronto because the customs there are much better. Believe it or not you see quite a few Americans in Cuba. When they enter Cuba either though Jamaica or Mexico the Cuban customs will not stamp their passport so that they will not get in trouble when they return to the states. I am also very proud where I live and consider Vancouver the best city in the world. But the truth is the truth... Lorenzo
  14. I believe they are ingrowing hairs.. I got the same..
  15. Jenn-24; You rather die trying to keep your hair? Thats crazy...I was on Rogaine for 2.5 years and yes it did worked a bit but unfortunately with time your body becomes immune to it. I lost every hair that I have gained and more. Rogaine has alot of side effects; The main problem with Rogaine is that it only works on hair loss at the crown. It does nothing for receding hairlines. The second problem is that it is overrated. Many people will see reduced hair loss at the crown with Rogaine, but few will see regrowth. The third problem is that it is a demanding routine. Rogaine must be applied twice a day, every day. Finally, and most disappointingly, after a while Rogaine loses it's effectiveness. After 3????“4?? years, Rogaine stops working Headaches (in up to 40% of users), dizziness, itching, allergic reactions, heartbeat irregularities can also occur. Also in women it can takes up to 12 months to show any results. Rogaine if it does work it is temporary. Nobody knows the long terms effects of it. So be careful. I myself was also in a desperate state with hairloss and luckily had a successful transplant. One more think Jotronic is Jesus??? I rather call him the messiah.....lol Lorenzo
