  1. At this point you just have to let your hair grow and repair itself, adding anymore chemicals or color will prove to be counterproductive.
  2. Well that’s good to hear and chances are your hair loss won’t be in the advanced classes.
  3. IMHO it’s always best to wait and see the full visual benefits of your procedures before adding SMP to any weak areas.
  4. Singh, we never asked you what your family history of men with MPB is…do any of the men have an advanced class of MPB?
  5. You would be surprised by how nice adding definition would be, again, don’t lower it, just reinforce it.
  6. I concur…definitely no need to lower your hairline…it can be reinforced without lowering it.
  7. I am wondering what the level of grafted density was as in terms of ___per cm2. Perhaps the area will look visually thicker once you reach the one year mark or further.
  8. It’s a quality job for sure, and if it helps keep some back-up donor, it’s well worth it IMHO.
  9. If there were multiple doctors/clinics that advised you that your donor was weak, are they saying they noticed that your donor hair shows diffuse loss? (meaning your donor is DHT receptive) OR, did they simply mean that your donor density is too low? (the pics show otherwise). Also, when you have advice from over a dozen clinics, yes that will be confusing…🫨
  10. I agree because some permanent shock loss can thin the frontal zone especially the hairline and if that happened, you can’t reverse it!
  11. Personally I would not do a number #1 guard at 30 days post-op…probably a number #2 guard would be more appropriate at a month post-op.
  12. Your results just keep getting better and better as time passes…am so happy for you brother!
  13. Doing great FUHT work does not necessarily equate into doing great repair work, and scar revisions are difficult situations and not many have the potential to have a favorable outcome.
  14. There’s definitely a visual improvement!
  15. Yes of course this occurs much more often than we think or believe…let’s face it, money talks to lots of doctors who know exactly what they are doing is wrong and unethical but hey, the industry is unregulated and if the patient loses that hair 5 years or so down the road, why blame the doctor?…it’s just genetics and surgical restoration is subjective at best, right?….🫨
