  1. It looks to be very sparse sadly and quite straight in design. You will probably have to have another hair implant procedure to make it look stronger…
  2. I’ve read that you need to forget about it all for the first 3-5 months until you start to see the progress come through near the half a year mark. I imagine that is easier said than done with daily reminders in the mirror though! I’m looking to have an FUE in summer and imagine I’d be looking constantly also!
  3. I asked him this also and he said he does 1-2 weeks in London every month and is continuing as normal. It appears he’s only switched his Cardiff procedural set-up leaving the Head Quarters clinic. I even found a photo of him from 2018 on Westminster Medicals Facebook stitching an FUT procedure so he’s been active a while / possibly trained there. I imagine keeping a hand in Harley Street makes sense for a surgeon with how accessible London is / airports etc. I’m just surprised there’s not more forum accounts for him though I guess we’ll start to see people post finally as his popularity rises.
  4. Absolutely incredible your journey Gatsby. I’m pleased you’re happy and found closure 👏
  5. Thanks for the info. I really appreciate it. So far I’ve narrowed down to Reddy, Miln and Mittal in London and plan to go and see them all next month. I looked at Wimpole though it seems a bit sales based…
  6. Interesting this. How does this work with fewer grafts achieving the same look as more grafts? I don’t get it. Hair thickness ??
  7. This is a massive case! Very interesting the staple technique on the scar. How long did they stay in for. Can you sleep on them?
  8. Awesome result! The purple photos did make me laugh 😂
  9. Ye id like to see this also. Please share some photos
  10. Do you have any photos or is difficult to capture? It would be great to see how an FUT scar heals
  11. Won’t a normal blood test check that? I’m not sure if it means anything anyway as it’s a question of is your hair genetically prone to damage from DHT? I’m no expert correct me if I’m wrong
  12. I agree with everyone else it could be a bit thicker. Why not head back and have a small refinement? Your result looks similar to this guy who was also wondering about more density (same surgeon)
  13. I’ve been tempted to shave it all off rather than go the surgical route. SMP does look more hassle free with shaving hair and periodic touch ups. I’d only be fearful of having a painted head look. Does it really look that natural in person?
  14. I’ve only just found this thread. This is interesting that it can mature past the one year mark. It such a shame hair transplants take so long to grow and then even longer to mature. Plus you may loose more none transplanted hair also along the way. What a ride 😂
  15. It’s tough and I have considered shaving also. I wonder if many just get to an age where they really don’t care anymore as other things take precedence. Certainly over late 50s I imagine…. All down to the individual ofcourse though I image our priorities change massively as we age.
  16. Interesting the other top surgeons don’t do more than 2200 in a day. I see Dr Miln regularly completes over 3000 a day from his Insta. Some combinations also of FUE & FUT over 5000. The story Westminster Medical Group posted today he does look lightning fast!
  17. Nice cosmetic difference this. Is the patient using minoxidil also or only Finasteride ?
  18. Great write up thanks. I’m definitely going to book a consultation. I look forward to following your case. Hopefully more members start to post their experiences of Dr Miln on the forums now…. The clinic looks quite grandiose from the videos and photos. I remember visiting a few clinics last year on Harley St and the spaces seemed quite small / rent a room esque...
  19. Definitely go and consult with him if you’re going Harley Street tomorrow. Let me know what he’s like in person please. I’m thinking of heading over there myself
