  1. You have quite pale skin, so it is absolutely normal to have redness at one month post OP. It could take a few months to fade away. Personally the numb feeling faded away around 5-6 weeks post OP. all the best
  2. Hi Walter, Absolutely common. I had a mate who was worried about the same two years ago and he was told it can happen anytime from week 1 and untill 3 months. My friend outcome was stellar, so you got absolutely nothing to worry about. By the way its looking great - you got an exciting journey ahead! All the best
  3. Hi SoSoz, I am doing MWF pattern and over 10 months my situation definitely has improved which also my doctor prior to surgery commented on. all the best to you
  4. Ahahahah. To your information I am not native english speaking but I am more than happy with my english. It just shows how lack of education is a problem online that you say Dr. Pinto is budget? But yeah, the whole operation did only cost me 2.5 weeks salary so I kinda agree it didnt hurt my budget. Perhaps you wanna compare our payslips and some pictures I am sure everyone here recognize you for that small (grey) insecure man you are.
  5. Maybe you are just less educated, but it doesnt require you to be Superman in order to acquire knowledge and being able to make a sound and safe judgemement understanding both pros and cons thus coming out with a outcome which you can sleep well over. Now I am done wasting more precious time.. Ciao…
  6. A troll? 🤭 Someone being a bit sensitive here… Sorry, you were 51? Relax? I am very relaxed. Actually I am just being honest that you are talking about fear on a daily basis yet you are looking into hair mills and questioning the difference .. Its so basic as it makes one wonder if you have done your homework properly.. Can you not handle a bit of honest feedback? You definitely seem to be too sensitive, maybe better to just shave it off… either way all the best to you troll
  7. Your confused? Have you ever heard of statistics? All clinics will have good results, but hair mills will likewise have many more bad ones. It is all calculated risk if you choose to go down that path. Im sorry I just cant get my head around all of your threads. The last one you made was that you were worried (again) about committing yourself to the HT you have in ~ 7 weekend with a world class surgeon in Couto as you are afraid of shock loss, but simultaneously your looking at sub-tier hair mills who have undoubtedly less experience than Couto thereby increasing risk of issues such as the one you are “fearing”. In all honesty I believe sometimess less is more and in your case perhaps cons outweigh the pros as I believe no matter the result your insecurity will find flaws either way.
  8. He wrote all the grafts went to density, so that means a no to lowering the hairline.
  9. Hi Jamie, Sorry for your bad experience. The “man of few words” have been used many times on dr laorwong so I take you went there… This could probably be avoided had an in person consultation been done and not just over web, food for thought for your next booking - maybe with a doctor like Eugenix or Zarev who are experts in High NW cases? all the best mate
  10. At 27 you are still very young, and ideally with your extensive hair pattern loss already, you will need many grafts to get a decent coverage. You should be on medication for atleast a year before considering surgery to see if it could improve your situation and reduce the amount of grafts required to save them further down the road.
  11. Water is neither acid or basic when acting on its own. Its absolutely neutral due to it contains both hydronium and hydroxil. So there is absolutely no reason as to fear a wet head, if its directly or through a cap…..
  12. If you search the forum under Hair transplant reviews there is a ton of cases with Dr. Laorwong. He seems like an excellent choice.
  13. Each to their own obviously. If you need to take a loan, and have to pay it out over 10 years, that is in my opinion absolutely inappropiate because you are paying for something you absolutely cant afford. In the current climate with high interests just make it even more absurd. A short term loan usually would mean you have less risk involved with fluctuations in the market affecting your job, interest rates etc and you avoid the premium financial institutions absolutely will put on a 10 year unsecured loan. The problem is people dont realize the consequences on taking all this debt before the envelopes start arriving requiring you to pay off your debt. You might have nice hair, or maybe you have been one of the unlucky with a marginal result, but when you realize you need to work 55 hours a week for 10 years just to survive you might reconsider your priorities and how important that hair is….
  14. Taking a loan for a HT is crazy outright if you ask me. What if you get sick for an extended time or loose your job over the next 10 years? No thanks….
  15. You can try use Momondo.com is a fine search engine to give you an overview what various companies currently offer 🙂
  16. Well preferably in order to create a soft and natural look singles only should be used in the first part of the hairline… Do you have any immediate post op pictures to judge expected density?
  17. There seems to be early growth but what springs to my attention is clearly quite a few double hairs in your hairline. Where did you get your HT done?
  18. In all fairness I think you need to calm down. Seems like your trying to find excuses to confirm your anxiety. This is a Middle East issue not a European. It is ~3500km if you fly from Israel to Spain so I wouldnt worry that Hamas will find you on your exact OP day on Couto’s clinic….
  19. Hi Woody. I tried PM you but for whatever reason I am so fortuntate to be allowed 0 private Messages per day! 🤣 I am not sure if I will do that as I am not always so much online, but anything you would want to know/see feel free to PM 🙂
  20. Hi wprevil, As a pilot I have accumulated a bit over 11.000 Hours now on different airplanes, so my general advice to you is ask for a seat in the forward part of the plane - there is generally less turbulence felt and also less noise from gear, hydraulics, flaps etc which is usually located on the central part of the plane. On your flying day, ask to see the Captain and say hello, thats what I usually tell my pax. It works as a bit of appraisal of the situation and make you relax. Remember all the crew have families at home and will want to return safely home just like you. Dont worry, you will be absolutely safe. Good luck
  21. I think in general it is two doctors of very high quality and either of them should be able to give you a great outcome you would be happy with. I had my own FUE session last week in Porto with Dr. Pinto so I am somewhat biased - what does stand out with him is that he has an impeccable attention to detail. Any questions feel free to PM.
  22. Well I am a pilot and I can guarantee you that the pressurisation within the tube itself is equal everywhere 😂 Lol… I had business on my flights so the middle seat was free so no one to hit me with an elbow.. I have used a travelling pillow so I cant turn, in general just use common sense and try to keep things simple..
  23. I had my own procedure with Dr. Pinto this past week. Just to chime in: I had 2600 grafts done and my case was just on the limit of what he would normally do in a one day session. He still chose (on compromise on personal profit) to do my surgery over two days. The strive for excellence and giving you the best possible outcome is the sole desire of Dr. Pinto. Dr. Pinto is a man of the highest standards of integrity.
