What about HLC? Just because there’s one bad case of theirs (patient had problem with his skin so he’s not blame free) doesn’t mean they don’t pump out stellar results.
How can anyone trust in a procedure where they don't know who the specific doctor is though?

I'm 18 months post surgery and could not be happier. My hair has now fully grown in and what has been most impressive is how natural everything looks. Dr Mani focuses on providing the most natural hair line, with the results showing amazing growth without it looking like a hair transplant. Dr Mani still keeps in touch with me, asking for updates and providing support in relation to any questions I have.
Do people actually think this sounds like an actual person writing it? Or is it a sales script?
Dr Mittal may very well do great work, but things like this bug me and put me off ever going to that surgeon

I am not sure to be honest bro. Asli Suckjan definitely gave me some, but I can't really notice it anymore as Mwamba removed some grafts. But the skin in the left side of my hairline on the left looks a bit 'cobbly' sometimes, but don't know if that's cobblestoning, and if it is, it's not noticeable.

Sorry to see this bro
Sadly, repairs are not always straightforward, but it hurts more when you do your research, go to a 'top' doctor, and don't get a result.
I would say it's defo not the worst ever and most people won't detect it, but it's very similar to my case, and I know it bugs me. So go to someone legit who does ALL the extractions and incisions (and at least some of the implantation themselves). And put this to rest for good.

@A_4_Archan sorry it took time. i got curious so read more than intended. below is link of article on implanter pens and trimmed data of whole article.
article link: https://www.ishrs-htforum.org/content/27/3/96
Placing issues: growth failures caused by planting grafts with the device due to, for example, implanters causing grafts to hook or break on a regular basis.
Hooking occurs when one of the bulbs protrudes from the needle’s groove. As the loaded needle enters the skin, the bulb remains stuck on the surface. Eventually, the follicle folds into what is best described as a “distal hook” as it affects the upper portion of the follicle. (image B)
While splayed and large follicles are at risk for proximal hooking, the video revealed another culprit: trimmed hair growing around the recipient sites. Like little spears, the hairs enter the groove of the approaching implanter needle, lift a bulb, and cause a hook
What is the implication here - that there will be a failure to grow? @Melvin- Moderatordo you have any thoughts on this?

This is not looking good at all honestly. But could still be some element of shock loss making it look worse. I'd start looking into BHT surgeons and SMP from now

Both are amazing, and Pinto's prices are great too for such an elite surgeon. However, you will not see him without years of waiting.

Sorry if this has been answered already OP, but what is the scar on the back of your head in the post-op photos? Looks like an FUT scar?

3.5-5 seems around the norm

Well done on doing your research @Spring15and looks like you're going to get a great result at a good price too.
This is what I have resorted to after weeks of being ignored by the rep

You don't need HT, you had a great result with meds

Hey bro, thanks.
Didn’t plan yet the second surgery because I am not decided where to make it, which country.
Do you mean which country with Mwamba, or in general?
-
Absolutely not.

I really can't stand this phrase 'illusion of density'. Become very cliche and corny at this stage
