In turkey if you wanna go for a budget option than imo dr gur , dr turan and dr demirsoy would be better than others in that budget segment ...though everyone will have different opinions regarding this so you can go on with whom you feel comfortable with..

Agreed. All three of those are good

I'm 18 months post surgery and could not be happier. My hair has now fully grown in and what has been most impressive is how natural everything looks. Dr Mani focuses on providing the most natural hair line, with the results showing amazing growth without it looking like a hair transplant. Dr Mani still keeps in touch with me, asking for updates and providing support in relation to any questions I have.

Do people actually think this sounds like an actual person writing it? Or is it a sales script?

Dr Mittal may very well do great work, but things like this bug me and put me off ever going to that surgeon

  3. Sorry to see this bro

Sadly, repairs are not always straightforward, but it hurts more when you do your research, go to a 'top' doctor, and don't get a result.

I would say it's defo not the worst ever and most people won't detect it, but it's very similar to my case, and I know it bugs me. So go to someone legit who does ALL the extractions and incisions (and at least some of the implantation themselves). And put this to rest for good.

@A_4_Archan sorry it took time. i got curious so read more than intended. below is link of article on implanter pens and trimmed data of whole article.

    article link: https://www.ishrs-htforum.org/content/27/3/96

Placing issues: growth failures caused by planting grafts with the device due to, for example, implanters causing grafts to hook or break on a regular basis.

Hooking occurs when one of the bulbs protrudes from the needle’s groove. As the loaded needle enters the skin, the bulb remains stuck on the surface. Eventually, the follicle folds into what is best described as a “distal hook” as it affects the upper portion of the follicle. (image B)

    FIGURE 2.

While splayed and large follicles are at risk for proximal hooking, the video revealed another culprit: trimmed hair growing around the recipient sites. Like little spears, the hairs enter the groove of the approaching implanter needle, lift a bulb, and cause a hook

    FIGURE 3.

What is the implication here - that there will be a failure to grow? @Melvin- Moderatordo you have any thoughts on this?
