@RTC Imo you really don't need to rebuild it from scratch, in this case you can see that angles are still pretty vertical as they were at the beggining and it looks natural. The removal of grafts in this case was performed to move hairline higher and you don't have this problem. It's all about proper density (to guarantee lack of see through effect) and soft (single) grafts in the hairline.

I am going to consult with a couple of high profile repair doctors soon so will update about this. But at the moment I despise my hair.

Sorry, brother, but I think you've misunderstood this point. The question isn't so much why we (at Fuegenix) would take him as a patient, but rather why anyone in the hair transplant industry would. It's crucial to see if the patient is well-informed and knows what he's getting into. This hair transplant business is a mess, and there are unscrupulous people everywhere, eager to get you under the knife as soon as possible. It's good to know that the patient has done his due diligence before he undergoes his first surgery.

I'm here to help others, but yes, I do charge for my work as a hair transplant surgeon.

That said, when you (RTC) sent me a private message here asking about having an online consultation with me and inquiring about the price for that, I informed you of the cost of the consultation and my surgeries (to make sure you knew what you were getting into). However, after that, I also said in the same message, and I quote: “also if you have just some questions feel free to ask.”

You are free to make your own assumptions, although that might seem a bit unfair here. So, let's put everything into perspective for the other members.

    Kind regards,

    Dr. Ahmad.

    Touche Dr Munib.

What you say makes sense, can't argue with that tbh

. Hoping to receive the procedure in the Netherlands, I made a consultation with Dr. Ahmad. What I was immediately struck by during the consultation process was the fact that he asked ME why he should take me on as a patient.  2368239A-CB0E-409E-BFDF-980004DB6CF0.jpeg

No doubt he gets good results, but that would be a huge turn off to me. I'm paying you over 20k and I have to justify why I'd be a good patient. Lmao.

Straight out of the 'how to be a VIP business ' textbook. Make the customer feel like you are super selective and discerning in who you deal with so they become desperate to prove themselves to you and 'gain' your service. Sad..

Am i correct that you have transplanted 700+ grafts into your donor from your beard? Is it me or is there realy no difference in your donor in before and after surgery? Your donor still looks the same as before. What is your opinion on your donor area now? You see any improvements?

My donor looks way way better. I feel this is more from the homogenisation rather than beard grafts though. There is only one more area I'm concerned with in the donor now really, the bottom right side.

I made a video summarising my thoughts if you are interesting.

    @A_4_Archan

    thanks for your reply!

He replied to me a few times and sent me some of my pictures with an estimate graft count and I asked him some questions. I can see he opened it but hasn’t replied yet.

Should I ask him for a fixed reservation via WhatsApp? He already sent me dates he would be free!

i also sent inquiries to dr. Titan and dr fur and they gave me pretty much the same estimation of grafts and they give me instructions how to make a reservation but I’m tending towards dr. Laorwong though I don’t know how to make a reservation.

Are there any other doctors you know of with super hairlines and the price range of dr. Laorwong? No dr. Pekiner because it seems like I would have to wait a year or so.

    thank you

Just tell him the date you want based on the list he sends, and ask to make a deposit.

First off, I know I've made a catastrophic mistake in my life and I'm looking for good people like yourselves that have been in this situation or know someone in this siutatation so I can get my life back in order.

Long story short I'm a victim of fraud in the worst way possible. I had a beard and hair transplant that guaranteed it wouldn't leave mark. I bought it all up, fell for the Google reviews, and other hair transplant websites claims. Everything out there seemed so positive without knowing the keywords to look for. The amount of deception is despicable. I can't say much at the current time about who and where it took place but it was in the United States. A family of evil individuals with no moral compass. I vividly remember them telling me what a good man I was while they butchered me for the rest of my life.

So let's talk about skin texture issues. Cobblestoning. Wasn't even possible the way they take the grafts my butt. There's zero Information about this other than your doomed. And to be honest I'm pretty close to putting a bullet in my head and ending this nightmare. Has anyone been able to correct or improve skin after the fact of a hair transplant? I've done hundreds of hours of research on this topic but there's virtually nothing thag exists. Needless to say I'm not doubling down. I messed up once so I want to make sure my next move is based on the best evidence possible.

I read that co2 laser resurfacing has been able to smooth the skin out but find equal reports where it says it didn't do much of anything. Although the American hair transplant institute which is a .org website calls it out as a tool. Obviously ablative skin resurfacing comes with many risks.

I also read that dermabrashion can be performed. Obviously that's risky with the potential perminant skin discolorsrion from removed pigmented cells. Or that each graft can be punched back out and then dermabrashion can be performed.

Finally I've read that microneedling was able to resolve a guy's issues with frontal hairline cobblestonning.

Obviously I've read about cortisteriods and that seems like it's usually a swing and a miss.

Look, I'm really hovering a dangerously close line to suicide so I don't need to be chastised further. With that best believe I'll put them all on blast when the all clear comes in. But in the mean time, any sort of guidance would be greatly appreciated. Obviously I've been to other hair cliniques, dermatologists and plastic suregons but they've never dealt with anything like this.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to comment.

    Can you post a photo?

Topical dut doesn’t work I was in a discord server for 2 years we tried every formulation every single topical dut literally took blood tests and everything. Nobody had results and it failed badly I’m sorry for everyone falling into the xyon topical dut scam they don’t even have proper double blind studies . The best topical dut solution was gonna be from a company called moogene medi or hutera which has a patent https://www.hairlosscure2020.com/category/moogene-medi/

so topical dut doesn't work, but it works for moogene medi?

    shill.

Well I think You are lying to us all then I’ve seen you a lot in other forums and people have told me about you how you made them try topical dut and it didn’t work for them. There’s literally no actual proof topical dut works no scalp biopsy showing reduction in scalp dht but you have had a bunch of transplants.

I used very low dose topical dut (+ dermarolling) for like 2 months and my temples definitely got thicker. Dr Mwamba saw the reuslts in person too.

Good list though saying Dr Manish Mittal is the worst is pretty harsh. Do you really think all his reviews are fabricated ?

I've seen some good results by him !

They jus come across as too co-ordinated. If I saw some organic patient journeys I'd be less inclined to say a bad word about him. I'm sure he's good anyway.

I had the same issues until I compounded 0.1mg oral Finasteride with 2.5mg oral minoxidil. I've had great results and no sides. With any other doses I had issues. Maybe give it a try and see how it goes?

Also Hattingen have an excellent reputation. I'd put them in my top 15 clinics in the world.

How did you compound them? Where? In one tablet?

It’s interesting that people have to ask who did the surgery first before providing their comments on the results. We can just look at the pictures and say what we think, right? Why would we need to know who did this to comment on the results? Does that information change how we assess the results?

No, but this is an information resource for prospective customers looking to get a hair transplant.
