Moreover, among those 149 grafts which were removed from the hairline 30-50 grafts might regrow ( these hairs are in the telogen phase) it will be removed and placement will be accordingly.

Hey man, I didn't quite get this. Was the Dr saying the re-growth rate of the grafts that were removed is only about 1/3????

This guy did Dutasteride Mesotherapy for 6 months (at home with a dermapen, 0.01%)

He has been on Finasteride for 5 years.

Quite the significant change in my opinion.

tbh, I'm not sure what you can really glean from this. His hair is longer.

  3. If it's a simple job I'd have no qualms at all going with Keser. He's quality. Pekiner is a bit cheaper and I've seen more versatile work from him (including BHT), but Keser is quality. I don't see a huge difference between them. Pekiner actually worked under Keser I believe, until he went to form his own clinic.

5 months. Very happy so far. Only thing is the left side is slightly lagging behind the right.

So strange but my shedding has decreased by around 80% since this transplant. Was shedding around 50 hairs a day before, now it's around 10. Only thing is I've stopped microneedling hard around my hairline and restarted oral minoxidil after stopping for two weeks

Alex is extremely nice and helpful person. Posting screenshots of him making fun of him is not nice.

You also don’t realise you’re a difficult case. You went to Mwamba and aren’t happy? Most people can’t even afford him and would be ecstatic with his results. You also expect perfection from hair transplant when there’s no such thing.

On what planet do you perceive I am making fun of him bro?

Posting a silly sticker to get a reply is not disrespectful.

Also I think you should go and review my case as you have no idea what you're talking about.

Yet the op was performed by two experienced surgeons together (their business where they do one client per day) who are well reviewed and have an extensive website with information, such as hair angles. Even before the op we went over hair angles and they described what my native front line hair angles were, so I am confused, especially as in the photos 10 days post op the angle looks flatter (and denser) than now.

I mean I waited years before moving forward with a HT, I did my research and contacted many surgeons, got a range of quotes and visions etc. I am well clued up on everything. So I'm disheartened at my current state in contrast to others who just jump on a plane to Turkey and pay half the price without any clue and get a greater result.

I am sorry to hear this man.

  7. Thank you sir

In all honesty, I have not decided whether this is the approach I'll be following yet. I would like to just remove the first two cm of my hairline and start all over again.

I think it's the only way I'll get closure on this. The angles the hair have been implanted at are awful, and there are so many of them that simply trying to camouflage or re-angle grafts is probably not the right approach. I think they will have to be removed and re-implanted.

Really? That's pretty mental. His work is great but it's not 5 times the price better than the work of other top European surgeons charging around the 4-5EUR per graft range. He's someone that I'd consider for myself 100% but those prices are just completely unrealistic for 99.9% of guys , myself included.

He is definitely only trying to capture a certain market. His consultation fee alone is 250 euros. That is a filter for his patients.

It looks like your grafts are placed pointing straight up rather than at a frontward angle. Frontal grafts usually need to be placed at a forward angle or else you can get the pluggy, stalky look because the hairs are too thick for the hairline. Natural hairlines are usually very fine hairs in the very front. It's hard to recreate that look with certain hair types. If they were facing forward you would have less of an issue because they fall forward a bit and cover the hairline.

This is the first thing I noticed too, and one of the hallmarks of a poorly done hairline.
