  1. Great result , looks like a new person . I am be really excited to see how will the 3rd procedure goes.
  2. I am kinda of in the same situation , I am 2.5 post surgery but donor area is slowly getting a bit better . Try to take it easy and give it time to heal .
  3. How old are you ? Where are you located ? It caused me issues but thankfully now all is over . It is very individual but majority of people are fine on it . If you decide to go on Finasteride, it would wise to have your hormones tested to have a baseline (Total T , E2 , DHT , SHBG , Thyroid and Adrenals) . You can catch red flags(if there are any) and God forbid in case you have lasting issues you know what were your levels . In that dreaded case at least you won't fly .
  4. Very detailed journey . Thank you for documenting this , it helps so many people that you don't realize. Your progress looks great . Keep us posted .
  5. You still have more than enough donor to fix it . I would look for clinics with best repair cases and donor management . Use of some beard grafts could come into use too .
  6. That is true , but I pay attention to lighting also . A lot of clinics mess with that .
  7. The day 10 to 13th doesn't matter that much . It is how you remove it and how patients you are with it . In my experience it is best to soak it in baby shampoo plus baby oil for 20-30 mins and then very patiently and slowly massage/rinse it under normal water . Do not be too aggressive , be more patient when you are massaging them in the shower .
  8. A lot of those are fine hairs , it could be that they are about to begin their new cycle as stronger hairs . As long as visibly you are progressing and hair getting thicker you should be on the right track .
  9. Great progress , you did not shed that much surprisingly . Are you on medication as well (Fin/Dut/Min)?
  10. Elon had pretty low Norwood case . I think the title of best ht ever belongs to someone at least Nw5 plus .
  11. Great coverage , just amazing . @Eugenix Hair Sciences is defying science , physics and math at the same time .
  12. Definitely make sure it stabilizes for a couple of years before even thinking of surgery . Then maybe seek the counsel of two of the best surgeons and compare their solutions . Be logical and think long term . It is easy to do the surgery but if you don't take into account the bigger/longer term picture there would be irreversible harm at a very young age .
  13. Def Conor had a hair transplant , I wish all those celebs came out and be more open about this .
  14. It is always your call and this is a personal thing but If it were me I would wait at least for a couple of more years and monitor the process .
  15. The crown takes a bit longer to grow due to blood flow differences with the front . But you are on a good path and should see great growth in the upcoming months . Good job as always by H&W .
  16. No they are not dead hairs . They will thicken up dramatically in the next 4-8 weeks . Congratulations , you are an early grower . Overall great progress
  17. I noticed first when I was 17 , then it was super fast . Pictures would help but it could be that you did not notice it until now . Remember in most cases hair loss is not noticeable until 50 percent of the hair is already gone .
  18. Is there a way to be placed on his waiting list? Even if it s 2 years from now .
  19. I had my hair transplant at HLC done a couple of months ago , I am from California and traveled far to have my HT done there . All I can say is regarding hairlines they know what they are doing and I would not worry about much . All you can do now is focus on your recovery and post-care as the most important month is the first .
  20. Hi Hugo , Thank you for sharing your great Journey , Dr Zarev is a true miracle worker . Could you please tell us how can we get an appointment from him ? Seems impossible . All the best and enjoy your great hair .
