  1. You'll be fine. Feels like a sharp pinch. Good luck.
  2. Hi I was given Panthenol spray to apply to the recipient area to moisturize prior to shampooing. The clinic advised if you run of the spray, one can use Bepanthol body lotion. I am not able to find that product where I live and amazon will take a few weeks for delivery. Does anyone recommend another lotion I could use?
  3. Np. Thank you. I was just asking in case you had any experience with them.
  4. Mostly the technicians with assistance of Dr. Mehmet Erdogan. How come?
  5. ohh please dont remind me of that step...only hurdle in the whole day...
  6. Hello all, Just posting pics of Day 8 progress. The original hair around the transplant area is growing but the recipient hair is dormant since the OP..lol.. will attempt to remove the scabs/crusts between day 10 - day 13. tightness around the donor area is still present and as well numbness in donor and recipient area.
  7. Thank you all for your input. How long does the numbness & tightness on top and behind your head last? Head feels heavy. Cheers, Indy
  8. My clinic stated to after 13 days however other videos online say that you can start to rub of the crusts after day 10. Thank you.
  9. Hello all, I recently had FUE in Turkey on March 19th...Day 5 today. Just researching around online and seems there is a difference of opinion between day 10 to day 13 to start to remove crusts that have formed. Wanted to hear feedback on the matter and how much pressure to apply, as I am scared of dislodging the grafts? Thank you, Indy
