Having said that SMP is not recommended at the donor site up to 4-6 months post surgery , you can buzz the donor safely at the 8 weeks mark and the recipient area at 3 months mark .
Finasteride produces a flat curve response in inhibiting 5AR . Meaning after 0.25 MG there will be a huge reduction in systemic DHT , 0.25 MG or 5 MG do not drastically differ . Very likely that you would have some issues with the lowest dose possible.
You are 100 percent OK , We have all been there . The first month after a hair transplant we constantly ask those questions and have those worries . It s all normal and you are fine .
I think you do not want to play Russian roulette with any part of your procedure/procedures . Because donor work is extremely important , almost as important as the transplant in the Hairline/Crown .
Totally and completely normal . That is because of the anesthesia injected , all the stress and trauma that your scalp went through . I am 3.5 months post surgery and my scalp is just starting to feel normal . Give it time , it will go away .
I agree, Turkey in some cases could turn out decent . But you don't wanna play Russian Roulette with your hair , especially when your donor is limited .
I completely agree , It could be the fact that those hair are just thinning with age as that is the case with many people (even in their donor area) . It would not hurt to have a complete hormonal panel done ; IE Thyroid , Adrenal , Sex Hormones ...
