    do you think it gives more sides since its stronger than breezula and that breezula at a higher dose would have the same sides or is it less selectively targeting androgen receptors which is why it is giving more sides?

    im getting a second fue hair transplant which will add up to around 4000-4200 grafts used and i want to be able to wear my hair to atleast a 1-2 gaurd, is there any smp clinic that works well with black people as well as fue scar pigmenting?

    Theres this french agency called esthetics for health tourism i used to book the appointment i emailed his team using the contacts on this website but they have really bad responsiveness im getting an online consultation on the the 28th of jan so will ask him everything i can on what to do

    supposedly some have said that ridging disappears on its own but im worried that scars will be less likely to fade the longer i wait. should i not touch any steroid injections for now and see what happens in the future?

    im going to try and find a private clinic willing to do it as the NHS wont prescribe it but it is really expensive. do you use saline to dilute?

    these seem pretty minor for side affects and you had an intramuscular injection which is the most systemic you can get, i would be injecting into scar tissue alot more local so i think sides should be more manageable

    the NHS wont prescribe kenalog and to get it done privately is like hundreds of pounds per round of injections for scar treatment, a really big mark up. i have a friend in the canada who was prescribed kenalog to self administer for their own keloid scar so i was thinking it wouldn't be too bad to do on your own but if it is dangerous i'll just wait and see if the ridging subsides on its own but im worried that the scar will be less likely to fade the longer i wait

    dr mwamba had a slot at the start of march, i dont think i can get any better than him for afro hair and donor management but if there are better options im willing to wait even years

    i managed to source some kenalog and going to use it to help fix my ridging, has anyone here used it before? how many injections? did it subside fully? and im also getting a second transplant within the next 2 months would starting kenalog be a mistake?

    i really doubt it, you shouldn't be able to feel the heat that intensely at all on your scalp

    the only way to get hair loss from straightening your hair is if you use those chemical straighteners as they can actually damage your scalp if left on for too long

    no there is of course no damage to the hair follicle itself, if you heat your hair often you will experience breakage which is just your hair snapping in half due to it getting brittle, but there is no affect on anything in the scalp

    i would go for smp since you have a lot of hair already to add visual density to the midscalp and only transplant into the hairline but thats just me, i havent seen a diffuse thinner benefit much from a HT tbh

    i wouldnt risk a transplant if your a diffues thinner, have you seen ufc fighter paulo costa's hair transplant somehow he looks worse i think the trauma from surgery made him lose more hair faster, this could be your case as well but i cant say if maybe he went to a bad clinic but unlikely since he's a pro fighter. not to discourage you, but just to let you be aware of the possible risks

    i never understood the whole "safe zone" idea, even if you extract hairs from DHT resistant areas the rest of your hair is going to thin out and now you look weird. if you stay on medication as advised then this wouldn't be an issue so i think unless you are already full bald and getting a HT to cover everything you need to stay on fin regardless then the whole safe zone thing wont matter

    how many sessions to get that result and also what was the cost? does smp last longer on scar tissue compared to normal skin?
