  1. is there any difference in systemic absorption between the liposomal solution and Trichosol solution for topical dutasteride, thank you in advance
  2. would the topical dutasteride or topical CB have fewer libido effects than topical saw palmetto?
  3. he cares about his donor doing what is stated is far better than taking out 4000 grafts in one session ive given my opinion
  4. in that case still insist for taking 2000 from donor at any one time and the rest body hair if possible, you will get less trauma in one area therefore less scarring and overall damage to your donor
  5. maximum 2000 grafts per procedure and from the numbers your giving i can tell your looking at hair mills, always always start small and build up
  6. i promise you that no one is going to accomodate for your needs in turkey, please go to a surgeon known for donor management if you are worried about scarring
  7. for me in my first surgery i had very bad fue scarring but in my second surgery i had virtually no scarring and it was doing the things i mentioned, i also believe the skill of the surgeon, fewer grafts and smaller punch all make a big difference as well. some surgeons inject the donor with kenalog to reduce inflammation and/or use PRP to heal the donor faster so there is less scarring there is a lot of things that can be done but its very hard to say how much they matter
  8. you could get more hypertrophic scarring than normal if i were you i would stock up on scar gel specifically strataderm to last the next 8 months and use it everyday post op, there are other things you could try like tretinoin, dermarolling with machine etc but the key thing is to do it while you are healing otherwise it will be harder to fix. I would also make sure to use an oral corticosteroid for maybe 1 month or a few weeks post op like prendisone if you can get it prescribed while will also reduce the inflammation reaction to the surgery, trental is also used to limit scarring conditions like peyrnonies im sure it will also help post op but make sure you do it while you are healing
  9. Depends alot on the surgery and how you heal but white dots is the best case scenario
  10. Its not just me i had over a dozen people share there hoi experience with me privately in DMs, snapchat etc some just gave up and others had a comeback going to surgeons like diep etc Alot of people are for some reason fanboys of hoi and will call you out for any critiscm after a while i stopped caring about posting anything more on them and thought that anyone researching well will see my posts and avoid them. Btw they work REALLY hard to remove bad reviews, mass flagging them etc. In fact i only got a refund because of a review
  11. No at 12 months you cant expect anything new, im at 6 months right now from the second surgery so will make a post on the result after 2-4 months so i can be close to final result
  12. You can see my profile on this website i honestly dont plan on reposting anymore pictures, you can see my result on reddit also
  13. It wont help your donor unless you were actively balding, your donor will look better around month 4 and depending how long you keep your hair wont be an issue
  14. I went there early december of 2020 and it was a clear botch, poor growth and bad scarring had 2500 grafts and the next doc i went to said maybe 800 survived max it got me really depressed especially when i had no hair loss and only needed 1-2cm lowering for high hairline. I had another transplant from an actual surgeon and am at 6 months, i am still not 100% happy with my donor and my recipient might need more work so am looking into stuff like BHT and SMP when i should have been a really easy and straightforward case to work on, i would get emotional thinking about it but now there is little good in me looking back but i still wish nothing but the worst for hoi and anyone affiliated with them
  15. I went there too, biggest mistake of my life ive tried really hard to warn others on the internet, as it is not much you can do till 12 months maybe try scar gel if you scar badly which was the case for me and if it fails post a negative review to get a refund then move on to an actual surgeon
  16. well i am 4 months and have a small patch which is sorta slick bald and it was in an area that was part transplanted and part native so hopefully it grows back in
  17. i have what i suspect to also be shockloss, usually maybe will take 6 months to recover fully as it is a sort of telogen effluvium
  18. the idea it can regrow hair after its been punched out is probably not gonna happen, but it healing with little to no scarring sounds promising
  19. OP you look like you have some kind of scarring on your hairline if you have frontal fibrosis or something dont get a HT it will make your situation worse, could you tell us if you know exactly what that is
  20. why call it a career? are you accusing @mustang of being a shill?
  21. i think the best thing you could do is smp the donor, and are you sure you cant shave the transplant hairline down or maybe do hair removal etc . joe rogan had multiple hair transplants and seems to have gotten away with it after he went bald
  22. i do have pictures but im not going to share them at this time i will wait a few months and make a post
