yh not to get racist but turkish people in my experience are more prone to being rude especially to foreigners they have a lot of racial supremacist stuff in their culture which is cultivated even in the schools. im black and got a lot of stares from the airport security in turkey not a nice feeling getting mean mugged by a guy holding a machine gun around his shoulder i just ignored it all thinking that it was a small price to pay to get a good HT, oh how i was wrong. honestly wont go back to that country for the rest of my life

i respect you a lot for being able to stay clear headed after all this i was in a really bad depression after going to HOI and looking back there were so many factors that lined up for me to make that decision that its crazy i even chose them. hey man hopefully you can get out of this all right and get a good final result if you still care about hair

no offence dude but asli is a joke of a clinic and i have no idea how you couldnt see after a day of research. have you seen the asli tarcan instagram videos the whole thing looks like a circus even the asli tarcan mascot lady has the craziest fillers ive seen in my entire life not only that but they run so many other cosmetic surgeries unrelated to hair like every possible red flag. the youtube guys dont know what a good result even is so they just pander to asli for being affordable if they actually accepted that asli were a bad clinic they would probably lose all hope on getting a cheap hair transplant

nah you can drink it like 2-4ml a day and it supposedly works better than topical. i've been doing that for a few weeks and havent noticed any side effects so far

HOI is bad but asli is the last place on earth anyone should ever go if i went asli instead i dont think i would even be here today

a lot of the youtube guys delete their videos i remember there was this one guy called Ace Boogie who got massacred by asli and deleted all his videos around 6 month mark when he could tell it wasnt going to work out

yh all social medias facebook,insta, reddit and youtube especially have been promoting hair mills this forum is the only one promoting actual doctors. but i have to say i got my transplant from HOI over a year ago before there was a single bad review on the clinic but literally after the day i had it i started seeing new people pop up with their poor results and if i waited just 1 week i would have not went, asli on the other hand is known for overharvesting even back 1-2 years ago at this point i think if anyone goes asli they know what they are getting into but dont have money for an alternative and dont mind risking all their hair

i already said use the derminator 2 and the thing with microneedling is that it is side effect free unlike finasteride, there are no drawbacks to it apart from pain

the recipient looks really good but the donor still looks noticeably less dense compared to the rest of your hair i think it is shock loss but also strange to have shock loss for longer than 6 months does anyone here have experience of donor taking longer than 6 months to recover ?

yeh its always going to better than just minoxidl on its own i reccomend using a microneedling pen like derminator 2 at 1.5mm setting once a week

i'd reccomend starting finasteride you could also start minox with microneedling etc to increase the odds of regrowth it also depends how long you've been balding for it this hair loss is a year or less ago then you are more likely to get regrowth as the follicle might not be "dead"

i think they took more than 1500 grafts you shouldnt have any overharvesting

looks pretty good for the number of grafts, very uniform extraction pattern

i use derminator 2 it seems to be pretty good overall no complaints tbh, its bigger and noiser than most domestic derma pens but i think that means its more powerful
