  1. I have seen a lot of videos online with surgeons explaining how its a totally different technique to how you extract the grafts because you have to follow the direction of the curl into the scalp when extracting
  2. Hard to tell atm, as obvs the hair is maturing bit by bit each month and I am just only 4+ months in on OM, its looking generally a bit better month on month, but doesn't feel any thicker etc yet so maybe I need to give it a bit longer and look back at progress etc maybe in another couple of months etc
  3. Thanks dude. If I can end up close to your result I will be happy till the end of my days 🙌
  4. Next procedure is just get as much hair into mid scalp as I can. The top bit is still very thin. I don’t have the luxury of having wavy or thick hair so I’ll need as many grafts as possible really. See where I get to and then calling it a day after thus styling wise I am only using two things. Every few days I spray a bit of dark brown batiste on my hair. Rub it in and off and honestly this makes it look twice as think and takes the edge off scalp to hair contrast and then a bit of sea salt spray so it holds to move it into place a bit
  5. Dr Soumesh did last surgery earlier this year and was excellent so I have asked for the same next time again
  6. mate I think you will looking at the results they put out, the front for me is solid now and sets the rest up well, in hopefully my final pass next year I just want some density in midscalp to back it up a bit, but tbh if I had to live with how it was now I would be a happy man, I think its just because I can that I am going back as I would rather try and get it as perfect as possible if I have the option to ha
  7. Looking really good that mate, what's the hair like on top? mine is similar style to yours, front really thick and then general lack of density running through the rest compared to the front
  8. Fly to India for Eugenix, flights hotel, HT and 1500 grafts later I bet it comes in near a third of that price, I have been quoted around 142INR per graft with Dr Soumesh for hopefully my finally HT, roughly $1.8 per graft
  9. ah nice you there the end of Feb too? be good to see some faces from here for sure
  10. Awww thanks man, honestly I was at the point of shall I laser this off and go back bald (which would not of been the end of the world) or double down with Eugenix, and so glad I did as its turning out great No never even attempted to grow the last one as I knew it would just looks diffused and age me which is what I didn't want as I looked good with a shaved head all my life
  11. What's done is done now, the surgery looks clean and as long as the hair was handled well you should have a good result, I went to a hair mill for first two surgeries without realising it was a thing or what it was, not done my research, that said the hair grew so it was not a total lose and then got a better job to make it look natural on the third one. But this looks good, and fingers crossed you have no issues. If you have seen people get good results from there then all being well yours will be good too. I have had mates go to clinics in Turkey that have been absolutely slated on this forum yet they both have good results, so who is to say this won't turn out great in the end
  12. awww mate, very kind to say, its not perfect, but its taking me by surprise how well its turning out for me atm, especially with how short I have my hair too. With the kink in your hair I am always jealous of how little you need for so m much coverage haha, 1st round was a knock out for you and like Melvin said this is the home run, just the waiting game all over again now, but at least you know how it goes this time
  13. I like the sound of that. Apart from running and missing trains 🤣🤣🤣
  14. Totally agree, it ended up messed up last time because of the clinic messing up the first day or so and I ended up sitting around for a day and a half doing nothing because of it, so hopefully if they are on it a bit more and do stuff when its arranged then I can have that time to explore a little
  15. I honestly think the overall density and naturalness of it all is excellent, and agree that you might start causing yourself other issues pushing the donor more again, I am getting to the same boat, a lot of grafts behind you atm, but I just want my donor more homogenous and then ill be happy I think. Honestly looks great on you mate, and like many have said it was your first HT that really caught my attention and wanted me to follow in your footsteps to Eugenix, so thank you for that
  16. Thanks dude, its loads better than I thought I could of been by now, and I think one last pass to just get it all on point and looking the same etc and ill be over the moon, as much of a ball ache as the travel is, I would not go back anywhere else for another pass now
  17. I thought they might remove some tbh, but they packed it out with a lot of singles from the nape and its done wonders, and then a general density pass all over
  18. I am so happy to see this turn around for you and can not believe places like that exist with such neglect, I really hope you manage to sue them properly and you look like your in great shape now!
  19. Looking mega mate, this has always been probably my favourite restoration as it closely matches my hair type, baldness etc, and it looks super natural like you just have a bit of age related thinning yet never gone bald. With dentist filling do you mean SMP or is there something else also?
