Yeah the strip annoys me and I still don't get why they left it, but let's see how it pans out when a bit longer? If you are considering Eugenix then I would just do what most say, get your own plan clear in your head and make sure they stick to it, obviously listen to what they have to say, but make sure what ever you get it something you want and are comfortable with, they are a great team, and I can't fault their work, just the communication is lacking and even though I have been twice, that point is a hard one to deal with as you need to make sure you have your ducks in a row and then its all good But I would recommend them for sure, I am over the moon with what they have done for me and I am looking forward to some growth over the next month or so! Just hit month 3 and buzzed it back down atm, but going to start letting it grow out now I think.

5,000 grafts with Dr. Das at Eugenix

Looks great now it's all cleaned up, and agreed the team is great! Looking forward to seeing how this plays out for you, good luck with the growing -
This is a great result for the conservative number of grafts used In the first place, and under that harsh lighting as well, chuffed for you

Yeah it will be noticeable to varying degrees from person to person depending how well your skin heals, tbh like I said, my left side never recovered from the first clinic in Manchester on the first 3000 graft surgery, not sure what they did but its slightly over harvested on the left even tho when looking at pics of what they took it should not of been that bad, but then all other surgeries have left if not bad at all, just like its thinned out vs actual noticeable scaring, but seen others when they have not been over harvested but just dont heal great from the FUE technique and you can see lots of thing dots when hair is short, so its hard to tell, but I have never scarred bad from anything tbh -

Nah I don't smoke, but not that I know it should affect a HT? As for Scarring I think it depends on how it all heals, as in for some reason my left hand side never recovered properly from my first surgery in Manchester yet right hand side with same grafts taken recovered fine, and tbh when I shave it short it looks good and does not bother me personally -
I only realised when looking at your old topic last night that the hairline was lowered previous to Eugenix? Looks like Eugenix only put singles in to soften the blow on a harsh hairline? If you wanted a repair in the first place then maybe they wasn’t the right place to go if you had other plans? I think the result looked good tbh. But it’s all about what makes you happy at the end of the day

This looks amazing, but I can't help but think this does not look good for Eugenix, I have had two surgeries with them and been open in the sense they do not listen, and now to see them lowering your hairline and you having to resort to these measures, it confounds the fact that they are not the elite place to go, and in fact another place you role the dice with, which makes me sad in a way as they are all great, but me, you and others can not go there and have a plan and then come out with another, this is not acceptable for other practices so it should not be the case for them either. I wish you luck in getting to where your heading as this work looks brilliant

Resul Yaman - 4550 Grafts, Sep18/2023

For me I saw a lot of growth in month 6/7 but month 9/10 was when the hair thickened up and started to look better, definitely give it a bit more time and hopefully you'll be happy -

This is actually looking really good and all seems to be growing, I think you are taking this all the wrong way, I have over twice as many grafts as you and suffer from all the same things you are talking about, its see thru and unless longer and heavily layered then the illusion is not there properly. I think even the best of the best HT on here if messed up I the way you have done your hair would look exactly the same. But in doing that you can actually see all of the new hairs all over, 4.5k across your whole scalp is not a lot in the grand scheme to have great density, but in what you have had IMO is looking good and growing well -

It's worth trying it and see how you feel, tbh I had two years on it and not one side effect, so it might be the same for you? I know others on here have had various sides that put them off being on it, but they wished they could take it for all the points made above. At the end of the day like mentioned above, if the hair is destined to thin and fall out, it'll do it moved or not, which was essentially my argument in trying to get all my thicker bits moved to weaker areas, as even if they are in whats classed as the unsafe zone, surely it does not matter, as if they fall out and have not been used vs whats been transplanted from safe areas, then it would still leave me with odd bald areas where the HT does not match up, so in my eyes they might as well use everything if its stablised What is your families baldness like? similar to yours? have you noticed any changes over the last few years at all? -

Its a tough one, I choose not to carry on with Fin as my baldness stabilised to full NW6 by 23, started aggressively at 17, so when I had my first HT in 2021 up till the latest this year, I have had no worries in the back of my mind that my hair will get worse, I am 46 now and when I look at the family history and my dad etc, their level of baldness stopped at the same NW6 pattern So if you are unsure where yours might end and depending on age it might be worth considering and trying it out if you dont get sides then it wont be the end of the world as its a cheap generic drug nowadays? Last thing you want is to be chasing baldness with HT's. Worth considering, I was the same, but I took it for 2 years with no sides and no helping from it either, and I choose to bin it off because of the above and I truly believe I don't need it, but many on the forum take it for the just in case reasons, and also some seem to be super responders and even grow hair back?! -
Ha thanks for the kind words All makes sense for sure, and like I said I have hair envy as its so thick, I think looking at what you achieved last time, I think you'll be sorted after this one and will not need to endure another HT fingers crossed, yeah I am the same, tired of going through it all now haha, who knows hair greed might get me one day, lets see, ill never say never, but time will tell for us both Good luck and happy growing mate!

I think so. But honestly not sure either way 🤣 -
To be honest this is near word for word the same as me apart from the last day event. And the pressure for reviews and filming is immense. I held firm on a lot of filming this time around and they still managed to get some. They are getting quite relentless on the marketing front. And I got that pressured for a review even though i said I did last year that when I did it I didn’t even realise it was for one of their other clinics that had just opened and I had never been too?!

What's weird is I have only today confirmed something I have been thinking for a while, all the work Eugenix did down the left temple and filling in the disconnected area as they put it did not take, my left temple is as it was before any surgery still, yet the right temple took fine?! Eugenix did not spot this and never said a thing which I actually find very weird with how much they are on top of peoples temple points, whilst it does not bother me to much, its something now looking at it I would of loved them to address when there, but I am not sure ill ever go back for surgery ever again tbh! And I have mentioned this before, I actually never wanted my temples touching, I had faint fine temples that I was good with in the first place and got talked into the new temples, first world problems for sure, but maybe a lesson in trusting myself more than them! I am not saying my temples are messed up, I don't mind them not being perfect, but I have noticed other HRN members not having great growth on the left and I wondered if there was something in it?

heard of them but never used them, do you not have Revolut or Starling or something similar over there? more internet banks that carry a very good interbank rate so you don't get destroyed on fees and crap rates -
Thanks dude, the hair is not that long tbh, I am just spiking it up with some dry gel as to short to do anything with it, in certain lighting its looking alright, but in general very see-thru atm ha, but to be expected at this stage in the game. Yours is looking killer mate, the long hair mixed with short sides suits you!

I used to have a Revolut card and now have a Starling card, they basically have excellent inter bank rates when paying international, so I normally load them up and pay with them and get an excellent rate when paying in the native currency -
Just shy of 2 month update, gave myself a DIY shave to back and sides, still some shock loss in a few bits that I can notice from where I was, but seems to be growing well so far and keeping calm about the whole ugly duckling phase atm, my donor still has a thick horse shoe around the top and the back especially still feels thick and full, which is mad after so many grafts from so many sessions. Cant wait to see what impact this last session does to the density overall
