This is a great result, so so so much better, looks lovely and natural, and tbh even the thinning on the sides is fine, nothing looks bad about it, I hope its got your mind in a better place from the last surgery, I feel for you mate going through that, I have been there in my teens and its not good on your mind, I am so glad you got it sorted and looking so good now -
hahaha its no problem at all, it just would not be the best pic atm as all the hair has been shaved to the bone and then just red from injections, extractions and implants should be fine in a few days I reckon yeah meds are obviously a totally personal choice, I get no sides from them so I am lucky in that sense, but also saw no benefit so then it begs the question of whats the point? I think with FIN, if you have hair to save or maybe save, then maybe its a good investment in yourself on this journey of His, but for me the damage was done by 21/22 and it looked the same up until my first surgery a couple of years back, so really I don't see the point for me personally, but if your diffusing slowly etc then maybe there is hope to hang on to it for longer for sure, and who knows some people are super responders and grow hair back, that was my hope, but I think the baby hairs had forgot how to grow 26 years ago for me

Literally just come out of surgery, ill get one in the next day or so when its not oozing haha, gonna get some sleep. As for meds they won't not take you because your not on meds, but they really do like you to take FIN for your hair, I just told them I do so it made it easier, maybe I might start again, but as my hair as been the same since about 21 and now I am 46 and my dads is still the same at 64, I kind of don't see the point

hahahaha, I am just trying to figure out what works for my hair, I have tried quite a few things I have seen recommended on the forum, that dry shampoo makes it feel amazing for a short while but then a few hours later super super dry, so not bad maybe for some extra volume for a night out haha tbh I am just trying to put up with it atm and not really doing much apart from styling it with my fingers in the morning when waking up as knowing I am going back next week I am looking forward to seeing whats what with a shave and a reset and start again

I am not using Fin either, was on it for 2 years with no sides but also no benefits and just don't see the point in it unless you have hair to save as for top results I mean this site is full of amazing NW6/7 results from Eugenix amongst other clinics. I have seen a small video of myself on the Eugenix YT channel, it was right after the surgery last time so not covering progress and results, not sure if I flew under the radar with them in that sense, which tbh is up my street as I am not one for the lime light hahaha

Thanks dude, I am not using a lot really, I was using that dry shampoo on and off but use it very sparingly if maybe I want to conceal the thinner bits a little and darken up the greys as it really drys the hair out and then tried the powders a lot of people on here use but found they either made my hair super greasy or very tacky, so the only thing I am using now and again is sea salt spray and to tell you the truth just not washing it a lot, I find regular washing drys it out also and it tends to feel better and more manageable a couple of days after washing it

So itโs been 12 months since last surgery. I fly out next week for what should be the very last HT I ever have. To say I am happy with where the Eugenix team have got me in this surgery is an understatement. From slick bald most of my life to having hair again is a weird feeling and I know how blessed I am to be in this position. Hopefully next week will be the icing on the cake to sort out the bits that give me OCD. But I am one happy guy for sure!!!

Looks great, temples have definitely come in if you look at your pre op photos vs now, they are just lighter because of the thinner hairs used, and I agree with Ccd99 that above the ears looks a bit like retrograde alopecia that was there anyway, you have tons of hair left at the back if you ever wanted more density, and with that hair type you have got a great return on the amount of grafts! -
