  1. During the growth process it helps the growth, also there are no guarantees that all the hair is DHT resistant, some % could still be lost as it would have naturally, this way I try to help as much as possible to keep even the that %.
  2. 6 months after second surgery and 1 year 3 months from 1st.
  3. you could say I am a bit familiar with him πŸ˜…, check out my thread:
  4. This was the growth after 3 months from first 7k grafts. And one picture from day after surgery flying home from first session , don't think I have shared it before, no bandages, no bleeding, I had some... (Don't know the correct word for it) oozing from some areas but that stopped when I landed.
  5. FYI, I think I have mentioned this somewhere in in the thread , but after surgery Dr Zarev does not use bandages, at all. There is need.
  6. I don't think I am anything out of the ordinary from Dr Zarevs patients, from what I have seen, pictures from his Web page, Instagram and pictures that he showed me that are not available online there were no bleeding when looking at imidiate post up pictures.
  7. πŸ€” I don't know... No, I'm done πŸ™‚ ( for now)
  8. 5 months after second session and 14 months from first session.
  9. You tell me, I have a lot of pictures in my thread, does it look like my donor is ruined? Of course donor is more thinned out compared to before any surgery, but it's done in a way that it doesn't show and if I were to shave my donor to zero obviously you would see the effect of 10000+ grafts missing.
  10. First session was 7070 grafts, second was 3613 grafts, so a total of 10 683 grafts all from head. Everybody have different donor capacity, but important thing is that you choose a doctor that can manage your donor and extract maximum without leaving you botched. I also have around 1500 grafts for the future all still head.
  11. Thanks, Dr Zarev himself takes pictures from all angles and shows all angles, unlike many clinic's that either don't have all angles or before pictures are with flash and after without flash . And I try taking all my pictures same way that Dr Zarev does, all angles and with flash.
  12. There is a waiting list, but first you need to have done a consultation with him, now getting a consultation is another story πŸ˜…. Have you sent in a inquiry? You can PM me (if you have sent him an inquiry already) your name and email and I can try to get him to have a look, I am contacting him next week, time for 6 months update πŸ’ͺ🏻
  13. It's not "only" your hair line, that's the most important part, front area is were if something goes bad is visible to yourself and others around you. You will be reminded every time you look in the mirror, good or bad.
  14. Dr. Zarev 7070 + 3613 grafts , Thanks πŸ™Œ, but also curious why we cant change the title ourselves πŸ€”
  15. Does anyone know if you can change your threads title by yourself? I can not find an option for this atleast. Is it only moderator that can do this, and why is that by the way, shouldn’t the thread creator be able to change their threads title?
  16. Depends on your pain tolerance I think, I have (in my opinion) a high pain tolerance, but first ones hurt more, then you get more numb and get more used to it, but it certainly is not enjoyable πŸ˜…, so maybe 7/8 out of 10 in the beginning and then you get more numb and goes down, but as I said, it depends on how you tolerate the pain.
  17. I got a response pretty fast, couple of days, I filled out the the form on the website, I think they are updating or changing the contact form. But unfortunately Dr Zarev is struggling to get back to inquiries right now, hopefully this changes after moving in new clinic which is delayed, was supposed to be January I think. The anaesthetic.. It's painful, the couple first stings/hurts, it's difficult to describe its, maybe closest is when you get anaesthetic when you go to a dentist..., but Dr Zarev talks to you all the time and asks you how you feel.
  18. Hi @Melvin- Moderator , when you have the time ☺️
  19. Well, 12 months from first procedure was in January actually πŸ˜…
  20. Well, it is for me (who looks in the mirror every day πŸ˜…) a bit more difficult to se the visual changes that I could see from first session, but I was bald before first session so the changes were obvious, now I think I can feel the thickness more. And also when I see myself in pictures I am able to see changes more visually... If thats makes sense.
  21. I think the type of skin and how it heals is important, I think Rolandas has mentioned that he has the type of skin that scars easily and does not heal as well as some.
