That's one way to summarize it 😅👏, but this type of results is normal for Dr Zarev, so I am nothing out of the ordinary as a Dr Zarev patient. But yes, it is incredible, I would never imagine this result even though Dr Zarev said that he will achieve this first day we met.

I think I had great growth after my 7070 grafts first session, a lot started to happen after month 3/4.

Just saw that Matt Dominance who has a hair loss YouTube channel has had an "interview" with Dr Zarev, or rather it's not a direct interview, more like he got replies to some questions from Dr Zarev that might me interesting for some.

Is this an explanation on what could go wrong or what did go wrong? is my interpretation of this explanation correct that it is the OP fault for not knowing the points that are mentioned before hand? like point nr 5, "The absence of the pre existing hair in your te.ples due to baldness has also contributed to the look that has now dissatisfied you so". He was bald there before surgery, wouldn't you tell him this before surgery, oh just so you know, you are bald in this area and there is a chance it could look weird FYI. 6. "The donor area will exhibit the absence of the extracted hair if you keep your hair very short." sure, but not for 1400 grafts and when OP have this much donor hair, this looks like any hair mills in Turkey. For 1400 grafts there should be basically no signs at all. Maybe what @digi23 did with electrolysis is an option, just remove them.

So many factors that matters, but I did over 7000 grafts over 2 days with Dr Zarev, and it is not unusual that Dr Zarev can do around 7-8k grafts over 2 days. Of course you have to have the donor capacity for this and a Dr that knows donor management and is experienced with this type of larger sessions.
