  1. No, no beard for me 🙂. Other well known doctors have approached him to see him work, (I won't mention any names), but I think the pandemic made things more difficult.
  2. Thanks 🙂. With treatments you mean medication? I only use 5% minoxidil with 0.1% finasteride. All pictures are taken by myself, well my wife takes them for me 😅. But if you mean with a mobile, selfie type picture sure. Just had a hair cut yesterday. Also getting more grey hair for each day I think. 🧓
  3. I didn't bleed after my surgery which my immediately post up pictures show and so does all of his other videos and pictures. After surgery no bandages were needed, in fact none of Dr Zarev patients have bandages after surgery. And for your classless comment, have you seen Dr Zarev live? Have you spent 45 hours talking and looking at him? His hair is curly, not a wig, as someone who has had a hair piece for almost 15 years hearing classless comments like this to make fun of someone, does it make you feel better? Do better
  4. He's English is good I think , of course sometimes some words are hard for Dr Zarev to find or express himself, but you will understand him and he'll understand you.
  5. @Melvin- Moderator Could you when you find the time please change my title to: Dr. Zarev 7070 + 3613 grafts Thanks ☺️
  6. Hi guys. It's been a little bit over one year since my first session of 7070 grafts and 3 months since second session of 3613 grafts. First 4 pictures are from first session at 3 months (for comparison and reminder).
  7. it's €4 per graft and also stated on Dr Zarevs website : https://www.hairtransplantation.bg/index.php/en/prices
  8. Yeah unfortunately getting in contact with him has been somewhat difficult, should be better after he moves in new office, hires English speaking staff and I think a new Web site or contact form should also be coming soon. About Propecia, this you will have to talk to him about, I think any serious surgeon will depending on current hair loss, future hair loss, age etc. and if the patient have experienced side effect from a medication try to set up a plan that works for that person and their circumstances.
  9. If you look at Dr Zarevs own YouTube channel, he's got around 40 videos with very good details, pictures /videos. You can also check my thread as I did over 7000 grafts January 2021 and another over 3600 grafts October 2021. He's also got a lot of detailed results at his web site and if you go for a live consultarion with him he's got a TON more results in his computer. I know he would like to present more results but as his doing everything himself there is little time, hopefully with the opening of his new clinic (should be this January) and hiring a patient coordinator he will have more time to put out more results. But Dr Zarev is the real deal, but as he himself is not active in this or any other forum and not many of his patients (who are mostly 95% Bulgarians and the more upper class/richer) there are some question marks still for some people. I think he also recently presented a case in December at a hair GHLS 2021 ( Global Hair Loss Summit) but I have not found it online yet.
  10. As I did such a large surgery with 7000 grafts first time some shock loss was expected and I did have some, you can see my pictures from month 1-3 and then month 4 starts to look much better, so around 4/5 month recovery had started, Dr Zarev expected some chock loss and that for some, full recovery for donor can take 9 months which is why he wants to wait until month 10 for second surgery (if needed). This time around I would expect a little bit quicker recovery as I did "only" 3613 grafts.
  11. Glad to hear you that you are happy with your results, not that I would expect anything else from Dr Zarev but excellent results. If you can start your own thread with before pictures from second surgery and immediate pictures after surgery, Dr Zarev should be able to provide these for you (when he finds the time 😅) and blurr your face if you want to be incognito and maybe a couple pictures of how you look today. The forum needs more Dr Zarev reviews.
  12. I think you have misunderstood how you post on forums, when you start a thread, you keep the posting in the same thread. I suggest you continue posting in this thread, with all the pictures you have put in different threads and delete all other threads.
  13. It seems you have two threads with the same topic, try and keep it to one thread 👍. You don't have any picture pre op? Looks like over harvesting and shock loss, also I wonder if your donor ever had the capacity for 3500 grafts. Depending on the your hair loss pre op and the state you were in I wonder if you were a good candidate for a hair transplant. Which doctor and clinic?
  14. Yes definitely, you know the feeling better than anyone 😊. it's a bit unreal to see your own hair, specially after almost 15 years of wearing a hair piece , just want time to go faster so I can get to the point where the second surgery hair growth kicks in which should after the 3rd month if it follows first surgeries time line.
  15. He is worth the wait, I never believed I could go "back" this much. I have to look at my old pictures to remind myself occasionally 😅.
  16. Hi guys, Time for month 2 update. Uploading a bit later than usual, been a hectic couple of weeks, been moving to a new place, packing and unpacking, organising a ton of stuff but managed to squeeze in taking pictures in between, but this time it's without the usual yellow background provided by Dr Zarev as I haven't found it yet, it's on one of the approximately 100 boxes, still got 20 go, should be in one be of those 😵. (all pictures with flash) Last picture, I was looking at pictures from the same time from first procedure, month 2 definitely worst...😣
  17. I haven't heard that he has, I wouldn't think he would move in until January
  18. No problem, glad to share with you guys. Yes, what is showing up now is the base from first session, don't think much shock loss on previous transplant, maybe some, shedding isn't massive but there is a little bit of shedding. Updates will come every 30 days 🙌.
  19. No, no doubles, he's already sorting out singles and doubles/trippels while extracting, if you look at my pictures just before second surgery you can clearly see my hairline from first surgery, those are all transplanted(well, all hair on top is transplanted as I was slick bald 😭). Single grafts and very natural. Also a bit difficult comb hair back now when it's so short.
  20. 30 days post op from second surgery, I did a little trim around neck and sides by my self 4--5 days ago and also shedding started around 2 weeks ago.
  21. This must have cost 1500 euro (unlimited grafts/as many as needed) , 5star Hotel included, pick from/ to airport, and girls/boys in their early twenties in a doctors robe doing 95% of the work.
  22. I did 7070 grafts for my first surgery as a Norwood 6 in January this year and donor looked almost untouched, did another session almost 4 weeks ago with 3613 grafts...
