Doesn't top doctors in USA charge between 6-8$ per graft?

Looks great, so similar to where I was at 1 month, I think month 1 and 2 were the worst shedding wise and look wise for me 😣, from month 3 just got better.

Getting flash backs to my first weeks, recipient look great. And honestly can't see the chock loss but over 8k graft removed and placed, that is a big trauma for the whole area/head so healing will take time 🙂. This was me after 10 days I think, looks similar 😁

Looks great and over 8000 grafts.. Wow, I think in total after your second procedure we got around the same total grafts, but one difference is we have different hair type /texture.

Looks like you live in Europe so you have plenty of surgeons to pick from, any particular reason you have those 2 as your options?

Most are fake reviews and paid by these type of clinics. They write they are the best award winning HT clinic in Turkiye (former Turkey 😅)...!!! What award? What criteria? Who gave that price? Have you looked at the their pictures? Low quality thumbnail where you can't see anything when you zoom in, bad lighting, different angles, no consistency in how they take pictures. There are so many red flag 🚩 just by looking at their Website. Who does the work? Is it the doctor? Is the doctor involved in all stages or sees you 30 minutes before surgery then hands you over to kids in white robes who will do the work. Do you want to risk surgery (make no mistake, this is surgery) by the hands of non medical young kids. Have you seen good quality confirmed cases? How many cases have you found on forums that share their stories? Be smart, if you are only going by price then better to wait and try save up some more for the likes of Dr Bicer in Turkiye.

He does actually have those type of clients also, I have seen examples while I was there but unfortunately not many of his (mainly Bulgarian) client goes to forums or speak English, Dr Zarev has told he will try to share those type results when he has the time but time... Yeah he does not have much time to spare right now. But now we have mtb too look forward to 🙂

You look like I used to except crown where you still have a bit more but you certainly loose that within a year or two. I don't know what you think is a mega session but I did just over 7000 grafts first time and over 3500 grafts 10 months later to get the coverage I have. With 5000 grafts you won't get good coverage all over, sure if you put those 5k grafts in the front and a bit of middle then you would get good coverage in those areas. You will definitely need a doctor with good donor management and the experience doing larger sessions. Have they shown you examples( several, not just one, with good quality pictures) of other patients similar to your case that have done 5k grafts and gotten full coverage?

Just the name "gold city" should make you run. Classic hair mill, who's the doctor that would perform the surgery? Will the doctor be involved in all steps of surgery or just meet you 15 minutes before surgery to draw a hairline middle of the forehead and then 20 years old kids in surgery cloths will do everything?

If the doctor has experience in doing larger sessions over one or two days and can show many pictures/results with successful outcomes then there shouldn't be a issue. It is certainly possible doing large sessions over 1-2 days as long as you have the donor for it and a skilled doctor with excellent donor management. I did just over 7000 grafts over 2 days, same doctor have done over 9000 grafts over 2 days, BUT again, not everyone can do this.

Don't use bond, use only tape and make sure the perimeter where tape is only attaches to where donor is so you don't attach on any recipient hair and for hairline tape should only attach on skin (in front of recipient hairs) so make it bigger than usual. And probably a good idea if the hair piece goes below the FUT scar and not on it. And of course the longer time goes before you do this the better. If you get the job would you start straight away? Just thinking that it would become weird if you start with a hair piece and then take it off say after 3-6 months... Just thinking going all in and saying you've done a hair transplant and you are in a healing process (if you feel it's obvious you've done something) might be more liberating and no need to focus on hair anymore. My experience is depending on the company, your experience and your role most don't give a damn about looks, where I work we hired a guy that only wears purple, every day, top to bottom(color hair purple) but we don't care, he's good at his work and is very smart 🙂.

Not oral, I take minoxidil with 0.1% finasteride, how much that is equivalent to taking normal finasteride I don't know.

Your scabs should be gone/removed by day 10, have you maybe been to careful with washing?
