    I have brownish / yellow dots at my hair follicles that are miniaturized or unnoticeable unless looked under a microscope ( like the pic iv attached). Any idea what this is and if there is anything I can do? Thanks

    Would tretinoin help? Iv read online an anti-inflammatory shampoo or cortisone cream should be used for seborrhoeic dermatitis.

    I have them yellow/brownish dots at temple area where my hair is miniaturizing also. Is it bad and can anything be done about it?
