    Yes there is hope. I would give topical fin a try. Also low does oral minoxidil would be a good idea. I wouldn't waste my money on PRP but that's my opinion. How old are you?

    My hair amount varies depending how long ago I washed it. If i haven't washed for 2 -3 days then it is a lot higher than when I am washing it everyday

    Im slowly losing hair while on avodart 0.5mg daily. Iv just started oral minoxidil. Minoxidil Foam doesn't seem to be doing much for me You could maybe look into that?
