Epic Karl, what dreams are made of!  This is the result, that just keeps giving!  The decision to do the widdows peak really was a masterstroke and along with the temples, really just put the icing on cake on what has been a fantastic journey. You really where the person that made all us high norwoods think the impossible is possible.. and you continue to keep doing so!

that’s lovely to hear @Bandit90….Armen @MazABhas to take massive credit ..I’ve basically piggy backed on his HT suggestions, diet ,lifestyle changes since that beautiful day we met back in September 2021 ..

The rest as they say ….is history !

  2. John just for your own peace of mind ..all your grafts on the right side are in action and alive and well ..all that’s missing is the growth ,thickening, maturing and shingling effect that the crown area needs more than any other location on the scalp .

For perspective..if I buzzed my crown down to say a #1 I’d say it wouldn’t look much different to how your right side looks ..

The real beauty of all this is that deep down you know all this already ..

Its gonna be great to witness over the coming months ..

Karl, your case should be classified as "The Impossible made Possible Transformation!" To put into perspective, every Dr, every clinic, rejected you. Only @Eugenix Hair Sciences said that it could be done, and not only say, but have the confidence that it would be done right and get you a full head of hair back. You set a new standard for every NW6/7 patient out there. You created hope for the masses my friend! I feel so fortunate to have taken this journey with you every step of the way.💪

Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!

🥂Armen…I would have had a different outcome design wise had I not had the very good fortune of meeting up with you while over in India 🇮🇳…I hit the Jackpot 🎰

@Zoomster- results so far are incredible- you mention 'weak parts'...as someone who has now undergone/undergoing a transformation, I have come to understand how we are our own harshest critic.

To my eyes, what you consider 'weak parts' are negligible and anyone not in the hair world or obsessively concerned with their own hair wouldn't ever notice a thing. On top of all that, you are only 6 months post HT with more growth and thickening to come...

And on top of all of that, when I look at your scalp donor, it looks as if they could still harvest 1k grafts (amazing), not to mention your beard....but not that you need another HT at all!

Enjoy the continued growth, mate!- SLA

@SLA..I know you’ll relate to me when I say the feeling of satisfaction and relief you get when the donor recovers is almost as exciting to witness as the recipient area itself ..this is why people should stick with clinics who day in day out manage large graft procedures…if you’re a high NW in need of mega sessions that is ..

you’re a credit to this forum thanks mate

zoomster even before joining this forum, i had watched your hair transplant result videos multiple times. The grade of baldness that you had and then the coverage you have now gives lot of hopes as I started thinning in crown and thought that i might go to higher norwood level so hair transplant might not be for me. Your results does make our expectations increase a lot but it also makes the surgeons work harder and try to give more of these results in future.

Thanks @duckling..just be realistic with your expectations..im under no illusions if you’ll excuse the pun ..what I’m now very fortunate to posses on my head resembles a full head of hair with still visible signs of age appropriate thinning in the side part and crown ..

However I’m absolutely thrilled to be in a position to be able to camouflage these weak parts should I wish to do so for certain occasions etc ..these are options I simply wouldn’t have had as a guy going about my business pre my hair restoration journey .

I rate my restoration as a tremoundous success …an Instagram selfie addict  NW 3 or below who wishes to have a HT may not ..it’s all relative .

I wish you all the best 🙌

Karl what more can I say? Your results to date now have head banging heavy metal, long hair twirlers looking in the mirror checking their hairlines daily! This one is going down as the GOAT of all time! It just doesn't get better than this! Absolutely delighted for you mate! 💯🙌

Adrian thanks so much ..but there will probably  never be an absolute singular GOAT within this industry…it’s all subjective and so many variables ..

Until about another 10 months that is ..when a certain bloke from down under reveals all on his rather moving ,game changing for the industry HT 🥂

  7. Happy Easter 🐣 All

    6 Months update ;

The months don’t be long passing by month once the dreaded ugly duckling phase passes ..I continue to use the cyclical hair vitamins provided by the clinic along with the continued use of 1mg Oral finasteride..ive muscled on through with the oral minoxidil though I’ve reduced the dose to 1.25 mg from 2.5 mg due to one to many palpitations for my liking ..it’s a really beneficial post HT med if you can tolerate it and I’d really suggest everyone to at least try it .

What can I say thus far re my life changing procedure ..not much more really ..it’s like a fine wine ..it just keeps getting better and better with age ..temple points ,widows peak ,side part and crown all continue to improve along with density in general throughout. .

All the stars seemed to have aligned for my HT journey and for that im very ,eternally grateful to everyone involved .

  8. The bottom line here is you most probably will end up in the HOF ‘24 club once  Eugenix get a hold of you once more …

Whilst I’ve the greatest of respect for Dr Bisanga as I’m sure we all do on here isn’t his wheelhouse mostly  NW 2 to 5 s ??….I’m not 100 % sure he would of accepted me @Bandit90@Gatsby@IrishWarrior and whole host of other high Norwoods on here for even a 1st HT never mind multiples .

You went to the right clinic for your set of circumstances….you’ll soon come to realise this ..they need to get their hands on you once more to shore the whole lot up …🙌

  9. Please take some hope from this @GeneralNorwood..there’s 5,400 beard grafts in there some where within my midscalp / crown…..if Eugenix deem your beard suitable then as was mentioned earlier a 3k scalp 2 K beard procedure should put an end to your concerns …most of my last crown procedure hasn’t fully borne fruit yet either ..i understand your frustration though ..I’d be feeling the same way .

Ive a feeling you’re going to be ok at the end of all this so hang in there .

Karl if you were always endowed with a lush head of hair and just shaved it before you said you had a hair transplant I could believe it. 🤥🤣 Extremely happy for you bro and it is as you say a reflection of what Dr Sethi and Eugenix can do that most other clinics can't for a Norwood 6/7. I can't think of anyone more deserving than you who has paid this forward by leading the way for other high Norwood's to get their hair back. Happy St Patrick's Day and I'll be having a big pint of Guiness to celebrate for you mate! 💯👌

Have one on me Adrian mate ..🥂…thank you 😉

Your probably doesn't get the credit it deserves as the overall results are so good but there's absolutely no hint of a surgery with regards the crown. Looks like a totally solid crown you'd find on anyone naturally, which is probably the highest compliment any HT can receive really.

It feels especially sweet as according to Dr Hasson I’ve arrow straight “ Tennis ball “ hair in the donor when we consulted back in 2012 …I can’t rely on kink or curl for added illusion…just hope the OM and Fin keep anagen desynchronisation at bay normally around month 9 for me …

Probably yes. What do you think about Etwan's strategy to try a "do it once" strategy? Will that work?

I was of the view that it was possible ..a one and done as NW 6,7 …that view has now changed ….min 2 ideally 3 passes donor allowing …some guys will be thrilled with a one pass frontal / mid scalp / sprinkling in crown procedure ..most will want more !!
